I have been to this location several times, and the service and quality is hit and miss at best. Tonight, however, was unacceptable and I will not be back. I placed a to go order, and went to wait by the pick up area for my order. The two gentlemen behind the counter preparing the food were joking around and actually began singing when encouraged by another guest. They didnt seem serious about what they were doing, so I checked my order when it was ready. Lucky that I did, because I was missing an entire sandwich. I went back to the counter and tried to ask for my missing item, but was ignored. Another employee who happened to be walking by had to yell, "JOSH" at one of them to get them to pay attention to me. My sandwich had been started, it was sitting on the back counter half made. The employee hastily finished, didnt apologize, smashed the sandwich into a wrapper and literally threw it in my bag. The other employee behind the counter made a joke about him getting fired, and he said "I cant get fired, Ive worked here too long." I will not be visiting this Panera Bread location again. The food is too expensive, not always good, and my recent crummy service experience is the final straw.

Excellent selection of salads, soups and sandwiches. Love the whole grain flat breads. Love the free WiFi and plenty of electric outlets on every corner of the dining area so I can charge my electrical devices while I have my lunch or a quick snack. Like the fact that all the food have no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Now, if they can also offer organic options, that would be even more fantastic! The app is easy to use for order ahead for pickup. Highly recommend you get the Panera card and the app if you plan to eat here. The rewards, even if you dont eat here that often do add up. They also have recycling and compost bins.

I ordered a drink and cookie for here, got my cookie right away but my drink was taking too long to come, so I had to ask for my drink and when I received my drink the drink said it was for here as well but was placed in the to go area. I love Panera but it seemed like today was one of the days they were not well organized. And if I could give a suggestion to workers I would suggest that they have a better attitude. The only one with a positive attitude was the serving lady... I give her five stars she is awesome and got me my drink! Gary you need help for messing my order up.

This an okay Panera Bread location. I normally do the rapid pick-up at lunchtime. For the most part, my orders have been accurate (though sometimes I am missing silverware or lacking an ingredient in my salad). I would bump it up one more star if it werent for an issue we had on one visit a few months ago. It was still a little over half and hour from closing, but they told us they couldnt do hot sandwiches because theyd already turned off the panini grill. For a sandwich place, this is frustrating. Seems like the employees just wanted to go home earlier.

Ive been here a couple times and the food is typical panera style, which means its good. The service varies from good to bad, but overall this one is very close to my office location, thats why I come back. My experience was so far never really terrible. I lover their you pick 2 combo. Take the Turkey Bacon Braveo and the Brocolli Cheddar soup.

The person taking our order did not pay attention to anything was more worried about her phone and got 2 orders wrong. We got the orders corrected and right on the receipt they claim if they get an order wrong they will fix it and give u a free item. We got nothing for free. We even showed the receipt and asked for the free item.

I prefer this location, the staff are friendly and quick. The food is always made right, my favorite is the buffalo flat bread or of course broccoli cheddar soup. The pastries are tasty as well. I do like the quick service with the app phone order, its very convenient during busiest hours.

As with most Panera locations, the menu has many selections. The service here has been consistently good but not amazing. The facility is usually clean...however, when we have been in during high traffic times the staff can fall behind on wiping down tables and the like.

Slightly irritating that they had so many working there but only one at the register although there were 6-8 in line. Took 10 min of 1/2 hr lunch on line. Poorly organized. Food good though.

Location listed on map is incorrect! It should be on the SW corner of W James Street and 4th Ave N. This Panera Bread restaurant is a great place for a family outing, to meet friends, etc.

Totally awesome! This is a great place to stop off for a coffee or lemonade and the waiter and waitress are as sweet as the pastries! If you come out here to Kent,totally stop here! :)

I love going to hang out there and have a pastry by their fireplace in the morning before work. Their rewards program is a great incentive,too. I get free treats all the time!

I only go for the coffee and pastries now. 4 stars for that. For some reason they always mess up my food order so I dont waste my time with the soups or sandwichs.
