What the pho is going on there!!! My family and I are always up for Vietnamese food but tonights order from pho ever wok will be our last. Quality has been slipping over the last year and who knows if it will get better. We ordered a large pho beef(girl didnt ask what kind my wife wanted) because I didnt pick up enough from pho king for everyone at home. Having side by side comparisons to see and taste the difference. Everyone polished off the pho king and pho ever we poured out. It was waaayyy to salty and too much anise. I know its rare to be able to have a side by side competition and Vietnamese is much like pizza, there is no BAD just different levels of good, but too much salt, anise, smaller portions and not much else of rich goodness your looking and for more money then whats the point of ever going back...

Since change in management this past year, the food has been decent/acceptable, but the service has left something to be desired. Called to have an order placed, they took my order, then hung up on me right before we where finished. Had my wife run down there 15 minutes before close to order in person and what did she find? She found another customer chewing them out for not knowing how to use a phone. Undoubtedly they had done something else similarly to another customer within the same hour. What a joke of restaurant. They suck at service over a telephone, and are only decent in person. I will be recommending people go to Domo Sushi a block down the road where the service is excellent as is the food.

2 words. Vegan pho. This place now has new owners and never disappoints. Its delicious. Thankful for them in Gig Harbor. Only compliant would be that they sort of stare you down if you come late in the eve before closing haha. I guess Id want to go home too though after a hard day of serving food. Definitely give them a try... Before closing time

I absolutely love their beef brisket and flank pho. The broth is done just right, and the accoutrements are on par with other pho restaraunts. Any pho lover knows how important having a well prepared broth is. The vietnamese sandwiche is also a great choice. I always order it with just a bit of mayo and siracha added to really bring it home.

Can never understand the lady on the phone and when you can its a bit harsh. Not sure if she is rude or just doesnt have any soft skills. Either way , we always walk out with something completely different then we thought originally we had ordered. Food is alright , good if you like salt.

Great food! Ive been there a few times now, and each time the food was great. I wouldnt mind if the music in the restaurant was turned up a little louder, just so it was easier to have a private conversation, but the food was excellent.

The lady that took my order did not have good manners. She never once greeted me & took my order in the most displeased way. Finally when my order arrive, she just dropped my food without saying anything else. Bad service person.

Its ok... my noodles kept breaking and my broth wasnt super flavorful. I didnt mind it but i wouldnt seek it out as a place i just gotta go to again. The service is good but just turn the elevator music off please.

Food poisoning! Worst experience ever. Got seafood pho special and my girlfriend got pork fried rice. The rest of the night was spent in the bathroom. Good thing we had two.
