The two girls working were really rude. Gave me a hot drink instead of iced. It didnt bother me much, but after receiving my drink, I set my coffee on a "table" ( that was really a stool with a hole and a cloth over it) and my drink tipped on the divot and spilt everywhere. I was ignored at first (until another customer said something) about the problem and then told that they would get to it later. I cleaned most of it up myself and was not offered a replacement coffee, even though it was their table. I wish I hadnt left a tip. I spent $16.00 total and left without a sip of coffee. Worst customer service experience Ive had.

I am giving two stars because sometimes the coffee is good. Ive had a few drinks that tasted like horse stalls smell. There is a guy in the morning that makes the best drinks, the girls in the afternoon not so much. I get that this company promotes a natural look for their employees but some of them do not look clean. It is not very appealing to watch them make your coffee and their dirty, tangled hair is above your drink. I cannot help to think that hair or even bugs are falling into my drinks. If the girls were required to pull their hair back I would not mind as much that their hair is unkept

Silver cup coffee Baristas and atmosphere make this a homegrown Everett culture coffee shop. Its a nice relaxing place to work myself and my business partner come here almost every morning and knocked out about 2 hours of work with our favorite Baristas Brad and Liz. I Love this place I am sure you will too.

I meet my colleague here to discuss business on occasion. Great staff, everyone that works there is friendly and likes to joke around. Their lumberjack breakfast sandwich is legit and so is their latte. Comfy chairs outside too! Glad this place is so near my neighborhood.

I was just parked out front while I ate my lunch. My phone wont leave me the hell alone until I rate this coffee place. Dont drink the stuff usually, and never been to this establishment. Tasted like a McChicken to me..... :-) my coworkers love Silver Cup though....

Great space with really cool little details...minimalist but cozy. The baristas are awesome and know their stuff. I love that they offer fun and unique seasonal drinks! You can tell the folks here love their job and customers love them for it!

If you are looking for a balanced, not too bitter, not too sweet shot of espresso -- served however you like, be it a cap, macchiato, or straight then this is the place to go. I drive across the trestle because I know its the best in the area.

Wow. Seriously some of the best coffee Ive had outside Rome! Not bitter, perfect foam, and they have a true short cup. Blueberry coffee cake also delicious. A lively spot, right in downtown Everett.
