Arrived at the drive through around 9:25, signs everywhere say that they close at 10. There was a car in front of me that took a few minutes to order. When it was finally my turn I pulled up and the workers told me that they are closed and took their last customer. When I mentioned that they dont close until 10, they said that they have new hours that they close at 9:30... and it was 9:30 on this he dot. Refused to take my order. All I wanted was 2 crisp beef burritos, pretty dissapointing considering I have never had a negative thing to say about taco time & it wouldnt have killed them to take one more customer.

I normally stop by here all the time either for lunch or once I get off work and its very friendly and theyre very kind but I dont think theres ever been a time when they didnt mess up the order. I normally come at all different times of day and different times in the week but its always messed up. I normally dont care because food is food but now its just like Im paying $8 for a burrito and end up getting one thats $4 less after I already paid for the other.

Ive been eating here for years and consistently have nothing short of outstanding experiences. While it may be fast food, the level of service you receive is exceptional. Food is brought directly out to your table, and staff members will often times come up halfway through my meal and offer to refill my beverage or bring additional condiments. The food is fantastic and always served with a smile!

My wife and I came in this Taco Time and our order was forgotten about somehow. But after about 15 minutes or so the employees realized what happened and after two apologies we got our food. After which the manager refunded our money. Exceptional customer service. We will come back here for sure. The food was great as well.

Lady with short hair gave me an attitude like she was mad at life. Was not given a order number waiting while friends ate. She also mocked me like a child when I said can I have a medium straw instead of lid. Was not happy hope she doesnt work there long. But a male with long hair was nice and polite

Save yourself the time and just go to the maple valley location taco time. Ive never once have received the correct order at this location and constantly have to go back.

They dont listen to special requests that well very often. their mexi-fries are under done and not seasoned enough. The one on 221st pl SE Issaquah is much better.
