Ordered online Friday evening. They did a prior Auth 3 times for $49.00. Spoke with owner over the phone that eve about it explained Im a single mom and disabled with 4 kids and i need that $150.00 back on my card. He promised that they would release it on Saturday evening cause it takes 24 hours. I said so for sure it will be back on there then and he said yes I promise you. If for some reason it is not come in Sunday and talk to my manager and we will give you 12 free cookies and call and fix the problem. Now I got an overdraft fee on my card which I cant afford and I cant get my medication. Because of the fact his manager was very rude when I called monday and then she called the owner of all maple Valley stores and he lied and said that he promised by Tuesday. I said then I want to see the video footage and I repeated what he said and promised a few times so if there was a problem the video audio footage would prove it. When I told the manager that I wanted to watch it with them she said we dont have to show that to you. He owns the stores in Maple Valley and he is that cheap and a complete liar. I hope he cant sleep at night knowing that he lied to a disabled mother of 4 a single mom struggling to make it. Now my rent is late with is $50 charge. I now wont make it this month. Im really worried and they dont even care. I could never do that to someone. Im an honest and caring person though. Be very careful.

My daughter and I Stopped there because my three-year-old twin granddaughters were hungry , I got their childrens turkey and cheese small sub sandwich a bag of potato chips and milk. Choices of bread where wheat or white cheese and turkey processed no organic milk available.) Price for two children lunches was nearly $16. Are you kidding me??? Subways advertize is all about fresh great food shouldnt they be healthier. The children were given 16 ounce bottles of milk and probably drink an eighth of each bottle thats one way they need to cut down on price offer better non processed Meats and cheese. When I was asked if I wanted cookie or chips I chose chips and average size lunch tile bag I dont know if I was charged extra money for the large milks or chips. I was only asked if I wanted soda or milk. ASL Matt dispense glass of orange pop or whatever cost about $0.15 and milk probably more especially that size. Get a clue Subway get small cartons of milk tell your customers if theres an extra charge for chips or milk and offer healthier things for kids.

Poor service. Went in for a salad. The lady working there seemed largely inconvenienced by my order because she had to put in effort. I paid $2 extra for a salad, and then they make it and its not even the size of my fist. If Im paying extra for it, at least give me a descent sized salad. Asked for a water cup... Nope, you get a tiny Dixie cup the size of a shot glass. I offered to pay 25 cents for a small cup for water and my request was denied... "We dont do that here." Really? I cant pay you for a cup that costs you maybe $.05? Worst Subway ever. I will never go there again, and I will make sure everyone else knows it too.

This was the best subway around now not so much the girl that works most of the time will argue with you about the amount of lettuce and other veggies that she will put on your sandwich she is unfriendly and unprofessional and I will never go to this location again there is one at Wal-Mart in covington that is still very good I would suggest that you travel the extra couple of miles and go to that one

Overcharged for a foot long breakfast sandwich due to their "7.99 for any footlong" promotion. Did the math to find of the 22 footings offered, only 3 are getting a savings with that deal while all of the others are made more expensive. Help at the location was very friendly and apologetic for the issue encountered which is why the review was only 2 stars instead of 1.

Girl working there smirks and shakes her head when I tell her how I want my sandwich. I dont care if she approves or not, just make my sandwich. Subway is overpriced for sub-par food. Jersey Mikes is $1 more but quality is 100x better.

Fastband family friendly. Great for single orders and groups. Prices are cheap and reasonable. Its conveniently located across the street from my home and makes it great for my late night snacks.

This is definitely the best out of the 3 Subways in maple valley hands down. The manager Rebecca is extremely friendly and very professional . Thanks for the best sandwich ever.
