I have been eating here at this location for a consistent 5 years, note that I also work in the fast food industry. My order was taken very poorly, did not confirm at menu or window, nor did she confirm pricing. She seemed to be new & undertrained, had absolutely no idea what to say or how to react to simple questions regarding my order. The manager stepped in & was incredibly rude as I was being very calm and sweet toned/understanding. I was trying to level with her just to make sure everything was right & basically got pushed out of the drive thru. This really hurt my feelings because I would never treat one of MY customers like that. & given that, If we did something like this it would not be tolerated. I know many employees here & previous....a lot of people around town that go here so I will make sure to warn them of having their day ruined by your drive thru. By the way the food made me sick, which is incredibly disappointing. I love taco time & have eaten here forever but this is just offsetting. Please understand my honesty.

I like me some Taco Time once in awhile. Ive noticed this store makes smaller soft tacos than the others. Feels like Im getting ripped off. I go the the Covington store and get about 30% more. This location also seems to have a chronic issue with forgetting items over the last couple of years. Theyve forgotten the ranch dressing I payed for numerous times and have forgotten major items as well. I posted this back in October 2011. 6 months later its no better. Today they charged me for two items I didnt get in the bag. They just lost another star from me.

The girlfriend and I were having a rough day when we came in to grab something quick to eat. We were greeted by a young by the name of Brady who was nothing short of delightful! He had a smile on his face and a genuine concern for how our day went. When finished with our food he offered to take our tray. I want management to recognize this young mans potential. Give him a commendation of some sort. A small raise maybe. Customer service is invaluable and he recognizes it. The food was good as always but Brady made our visit great!

Nothing. Was given a attitude from a lady with short hair like she was mad at life. Was not given my number when my food was ordered. And she mocked me when I asked for a medium straw instead of lid because they had not restocked the sheft... dont like her she should not work there

Probably the best Taco Time in the area. Always friendly, and the rare times there has been an error, its fixed immediately. They seem to get the most "limited trial" items, including guacamole (now standard), and this month we are treated to shredded chicken. Worth the drive!

Quick service friendly staff...ordered 3 crisp pinto bean burritos, 2 of them were cooked till they split open. Went through the drive through...didnt realize it till we were down the road or I would have exchanged it for another.

Whats up wit the mexi fries at this location? They always look way overcooked and disintegrate before reaching my mouth. They also need to change the rancid oil theyre cooked in.
