Worse cake ever! I have three children and every birthday for each one every year, I buy cakes, and cupcakes and cookies for each one. I have never been treated so poorly before. Went to pick up my six year olds birthday cake, and the line was to the door, so I waited 20 min with only one person waiting on people and when it was finally my turn, she tells me my cake isnt ready. It is 2 pm and they close at 3pm. I told her I told them noon, but ok I would wait.. once they brought the cake out, it was so sloppy thrown together. You couldnt even read the birthday message. And the action figures that were suppose to be on it were not even the right ones. The lady told me they were out of them as my son brought the ones they were supposedly out of to the counter! Watched her walk to the back and talk horribly about me to the person that decorated the cake...all the while kept me and another customer waiting, while she was being unprofessional and rude. So incredibly disapointed with the fact that they have such poor customer service, with the attitude that it doesnt matter if we loose one customer. Cakes may taste great, and they do, but to be treated so poorly, they have lost my $500 a year and most importantly my respect...I am am going to be sure to tell everyone!

I went to this bakery for my sons 1st birthday. This is supposed to be a special day and i thought the cake was going to be too. I went to the bakery and described what i wanted to one person and they said ok ill have it ready in 1 week. I had more people coming than planned so i called back to changed the size and told her to keep all the original design and they said ok. Well when i picked it up they made the cake bigger but the drawing was all wrong and they still made me pay for it. Also i had to keep it good for over a day and the woman told me to NOT refrigerate it but put it into a trashbag, seal it closed and put it on the counter. I did that and after i did that and served it i dont know if it spoiled or they used waaaaay to much vanilla. It was so bad people took one bite and threw the rest away. I wasted money on a cake that wasnt even right and it was totally embarrassing that it tasted worst than a ready made cake from walmart. NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Wedding Cake Nightmare 4 tier wedding cake was ordered and only 3 tiers made it to the Cake Table. This was a very elegant wedding in a huge tent and the cake looked very dwarfed with only 3 tiers. During delivery, they dropped the largest layer on the ground in the field at the corner of the tent. We were left with not enough cake to serve the guests, the bride and groom didnt get anymore than the bite they fed eachother during the cake cutting. And to top it off, they didnt even clean the cake from they ground, there were chunks of cake on the ground and icing smeared in the grass for all of the guests to see what happened. I waited to leave this review in hopes that they would right the wrong by refunding the cake. Sadly, not even half was refunded. We will never use this bakery again, nor will we refer anyone.

i am the pickyest eater of all time, and i LOVE this place they have made my birthday cakes from age three to my birthday next week when i will be 19. they did my dads wedding cake and my brothers and i have never met anyone who didnt love them. there cake is miost there frosting is smooth and not to sweet, perfect thier cookies, TO DIE FOR! and i have had 3 to 4 tiered birthday cakes every year, they are very diffacult and far more beautiful then most wedding cakes, and I have one very HUGE damand. NO FONDANT, it taste and looks bad, if you have ever seen cake boss thats all he uses, so i know he makes cool looking cakes, but they taste like foundet, meaning horrible, so imagean, an elgeant cake boss cake, but no fondant, just delicouse icing!!! and the price is unbeatable!!!!

Went in to purchase a pan for my sons first birthday. My daughter wanted a couple cookies. Lady behind counter kept ignoring my daughter until I told her to get her some cookies. Then kept rudely and loudly asking her which one and how many. My daughter answered her every time but the woman kept it up. Then she jerked the box of two cookies away from my daughter. Asked her if there was a problem and she made an excuse that she was going to tape the box. NO reason to ever treat anyone like that especially a 6 year old. Spoke with the owner Joyce about the incident and she acted like it was ok because the employee told her she may get a call!! Never go there again. And the cookies were stale.

We shopped around and sampled a lot of cakes and frostings for our wedding cake and found Sweet Tooth to be the perfect fit. They were fabulous at working with us to create the perfect simple wedding cake that we wanted. We were married last April at a vineyard in Northern Virgina. They delivered and set up the cake beautifully! Everyone at the wedding loved the cake! In the past year weve ordered several cakes since for various occasions, including our First Anniversary!

If it werent for the challenge that it was to hear back from the owner, we would have rated their product at a 5. The cupcakes and 6" round that we ordered for our wedding were absolutely delicious, but the whole experience was unfortunately spoiled by the severe lack of communication, order/pricing mix-ups, and overall confusion with each encounter. Great cakes if youre willing to test your patience through the dysfunction.

This is a bakery that also sells cake decorating supplies. I tried the yellow, frosted cupcake ($.70). Next time Ill make a box mix myself b/c that is what it tasted like (plus a little extra salt). Frosting is whipped, super sweet, fluffy. If you like cake mix/grocery store cupcakes but would like something more decorated go here.

I had ordered a birthday cake for my daughter for the first time there and needless to say it will be the last. The bitter icing was the worst we ever had. We didnt want to waste a 40.00 cake so we scraped the icing off and ate the cake. Lol. We will definitely stay with Martins Bakery.

I got this cake fro my grand daughters birthday, it is nothing like what I wanted and it looks like a rush job, I am not happy about it, it looks horrible, and they tell me there is nothing they can do about it, look at the detail and edges, not professional

We had our wedding cake done by them on may 25 2013. The cake was beautiful and the taste was devine. It was the hit of the wedding. Great job to Denise and the team that did the cake. I would highly recommend.

Ive had cookies from here a few times and they arent even average. Id rather eat some oreos. One of the cookies I had tasted like it contained black pepper. If you specialize in something it better be fantastic.
