Sorry! I want to give this place no stars, but they wont allow me to post it without one, so let that one stand for the actual presence of a building with a sign on it! Weve eaten at Paneras from Maryland to Florida and the food is always reliably good. This one has gone down the tubes! They dont have enough counter help to place your order. The order is never filled correctly anymore (used to be - -perhaps under different management?). The amounts of food in each sandwich/salad has diminished to a paltry scant amount on both sandwiches and salads (keep in mind now that the items described on their menu are not actually IN these sandwiches and salads). There was grit in my salad recently, so the food isnt "clean". I noticed also that they are gradually losing clientele so others are having a bad experience also. I and my family will not be stopping there again (there is good food at other restaurants).

I was truly disappointed in the staffs behavior and the food quality. My friend ordered a large drink, when she informed the employee that the large lids were out the employee then proceeded to complain about having to refill the lids. Then when my friend received her "grilled" cheese the bread was still white and soft like it had not even touched the grill. Luckily I checked my bag before we left and discovered that I had not received thebread bowl I ordered. I was able to receive the one when I requested it, but as we were leaving I then heard the people behind us being told that they were out of bread bowls. Never once did the employee offer apologies, a refund, or a discount despite the fact that the customer would not be receiving what they had payed for. This was aweful service for the amount of money payed for the meals.

Slow service at ordering station, and Penny mistook our order. After returning the soup to get fixed we received our smoothie that was 3/4 filled, so we had to ask for a new one, also one of our meals sides was not given to us. Seems to be problems tonight with every station unfortunately. One positive is that the ladies room smelled good, but the restaurant wasnt super clean (trash on the floor) and its not very packed.

My Panera account bonus this month is a free bagel everyday. Sometimes its free coffee, sometimes it is free this or that, and sometimes its just a nice visit. And all their food is delicious and wholesome. This particular Panera has its ups and downs, but right now every table is clean and plenty of staff. Nice little meeting space for groups or neighbors. I love the variety of art in here also.

I am on an AIP, no nuts, nightshades, grains, dairy diet. The lady at the register has taken her time on more than one occassion to put together salads for me at the lowest cost to me. Panera is organic and free from, also, which makes the food even healthier. The manager told me they do what they can to accomodate all dietary needs.

Pretty good food. Very small portions. A bit pricey to get full there. May be a good place to get a snack or lunch depending on how much you normally eat... Good atmosphere. I think you may be able to use their wifi when youre there? A good place to grab a bite to eat and work or talk with a friend.

They forgot my chips. The cashier forgot a drink and then was pissy when I asked for it. The avocado on my sandwich was over half bad. I was over charged. The soup was cold. And there were left over bits of tomato left on my sandwich when I ordered no tomato.

Great food, can order online for pickup. Fairly nice atmosphere, service, and staff, though Ive complained before. Cant go wrong with most of their pastries. Their bagels are horrible, and I find that so ironic, since theyre known as a bread place!

I live the food but they can be incredibly slow. I ever ally order online to skip that but they still manage to forget something so I end up waiting until I can grab someone who is free. Just be prepared for a what if you go.

Awesome service! Loved the food, the staff was very welcoming. Ill definitely be back.... OFTEN! the girl at the register helped guide me though the ordering process, and truly made my visit enjoyable.. Kudos panera Bread!

Panera is always good! This location had a very long line which meant a very long wait. Not a great place to take children. 6 dollars for Apple slices and a ppj sandwich(not including a drink) is a bit much.

I love to go here. I take a good book, have a Bear Claw and a Latte while my wife shops. That second cup (refills are FREE) just tops me off really nice. Then my wife comes back and we have lunch. GREAT

Great chain. No stupid tip jars in your face. Worth patronizing. Oddly, doesnt show up on Yelp. I guess all Yelp restaurants must pay to be on it. Another good chain (Popeyes) also is absent on Yelp.

All the tables were dirty. Found a clean-shaven one and sat down. Never saw anyone clean any tables while we ate lunch. 30 minutes later all the tables were still dirty

Syrup in the sodas were low, employees continuously let the phone ring for minutes before doing anything about it, unenthusiastic staff, plenty of dirty tables
