The manager at this store is extremely rude. We had been in there a couple of months ago and the menu board had 2 different prices for the steak and cheese sub. She argued with us that the price was the greater of the two. We said no that the price that was 50 cents less was what we thought we were paying. When we visited again the same thing happened. She had not corrected the board "as she said". She argued with us again. Reluctantly she did give us the 50 cents back. Again we were in there the other day and she was once again rude. We ordered our food and went to sit down and all the tables were dirty. We used the napkins that were given to us with our food to clean the table. When we asked for more napkins, we were told we were given napkins with our food. We told her that we used those napkins to clean the table and she handed us "ONE" napkin. We go to this location because it is convenient to get to, but we may not because of her. She is not a good manager. I cant imagine how those employees even work with her. Also, she doesnt wear a nametag where it can be seen, so I could not address her by name.

I have come to this location for YEARS and spend money at this place on a weekly basis. I ordered two foot long subs and a drink with one of the subs by "remote order". Upon picking up my order after work I was greeted with "I dont know how you were able to put in a remote order when we arent even taking them". Really? Why is it that it allowed me to make an online order then? Why do you have a job if you cant provide courteous customer service? I was rushed out the door and never given my drink I paid for (I wont even consider it a loss at this point), my fault for not double checking before I left. Icing on the cake: I got home and our subs were not how we ordered them and sucked. Best part of all: I asked Management for my subs to be REPLACED upon submitted a complaint through the subway website the very next day. Not even refunded, just a replacement. I was denied and told because I didnt "bring both subs back" I couldnt get two new ones. Are you freaking kidding me? Yes, because I really want to drive back to your place at 8pm and deal with a snotty employee while my family is at home hungry. Morons.

Its Subway so you know what youre getting. The lady making my sandwich was skilled at her job, she did have a bit if an attitude though. Maybe it was just the time of day and she was busy, but she couldve been friendlier. I do ask for my Bread to be toasted before adding anything but it usually gets toasted after so its not really an extra step. Either I will enjoy the food I got.

Sandwich was not make right, half of the lettuce and tomatoes were outside the sandwich, look like it gets out when it was wrapped and they just leave like that and a mess of mustard all over outside the bread. Food dont taste right.

Always deliver fresh produce and quality customer service! Best fast-food around the Damn Neck/General Booth area. I come here at least twice a week for the last two years and have always gotten the same welcoming experience.
