I had a wonderful experience of dining here with a friend on Wednesday, December 28th, 2016. I arrived around 7:15 pm during a holiday week and prepared myself for a little bit of a wait. The hostess was all smiles and told me about a 20-25 min wait. I sat down and waited and told my friend whom was on the way that there might be a wait. 15 minutes later, the hostess said she could get me to a table. My friend arrived shortly after. Skye was my server. She was very attentive and assisted my friend and I with menu options. I ordered the petite 6oz filet with grilled asparagus and steamed broccoli. My friend ordered a sirloin steak. I had ordered a few beers and my companion got mixed drinks. The meal was marvelous, cooked perfectly at medium and I was completely satisfied. My friend said her drink was a little light on the alcohol so I playfully asked Skye if we could get a little more booze in it. She obliged and we went about enjoying our food and conversation. Skye continued to be very attentive and was an excellent server even though she had other patrons while the restaurant was plenty busy. The bathrooms were very clean and kept up. Parking was a little difficult but it didnt help that Outback was amidst a shopping center and not a stand-alone restaurant. Anyway, I didnt mind the walk in or walk out. After our meal, we decided to stop at the bar for another drink or two. Again, my friends drink was a little light on the booze so I asked the bartender to give it a little more kick, which she did. Kudos to her! A big thank you to this establishment for a memorable night out! I recommend this establishment indefinitely!

We arrived at 812 the hostess said it would be 35 minutes till we would have a table which wasnt a problem, we knew they where busy, then my husband noticed everyone who came in after us was getting their table. So he went up to the hostess stand to find out if our table was ready. They stated they forgot about us, then took us to probably the worst table in the place. My husband then stated can we get a booth then we where taken to a half booth half table. Bread was never offered nor brought to our table, 30 minutes later food was brought out, asparagus not cooked. Managers walking by not checking on their guest. We ended up spending to much money on a crappy dinner and crappy service. Could of stayed at home and received better service. Its just not worth the money any more. I felt sorry for the wait staff obviously theres managers on duty that dont care about their customers or their employees. We ended up leaving at 934. Not because we where having a great time. Company was great (my husband) service not so much!

This place has gone down hill in the last year. The food was horrible! I spent $80 but definitely not worth that at all. The only thing that was good was my drink. The loaded blooming onion was beyond disgusting. The fries that were on top were extremely mushy to the point where we just scraped them off. So I paid extra for something I didnt eat. I got a Cobb salad with chicken and my chicken looked a little pink. My husband said it looked cooked but fingers crossed I dont get sick. My husband got lobster and it was way tough and asked for extra sause that was not given. The asparagus he got were slim and dry. Lets just say things need to change before I go back. Pretty much if you want to pay outrageous prices for food that could of come from a fast food joint this is the place for you! Oh and they get one star cause our waitress wasnt that bad and the hostesses were friendly.

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner because we had won a gift card. There was a little bit of a wait for a Tuesday night but it wasnt long. Our waitress was extremely friendly and polite. We got our appetizer very quickly and our food didnt take long either. One of our steaks was too rare and we had to send it back, it was no issue at all, they had a new steak out cooked perfectly in a few minutes and the manager even came by and apologized. There had been an issue with a drink at another table at one point and our waitress asked if we wanted a free pina colada, to which of course I said yes. The whole experience was overall wonderful, the food was great, the service was wonderful and we ended up having a great time and left completely satisfied. We are definitely going back and will recommend it to our friends.

We ate here on the 27th and used my husbands debit card for the purchase. And as you well know the server takes the card and swipes it and then brings the card back to you. Well a couple days later we learn that my husbands card number is being used for purchases we DID NOT make. Allot of purchases. Our bank caught most of the fraudulent charges and denied the purchases. But one slipped by. And of course it was a big purchase which caused 3 overdraft charges. We called our bank and it will be fixed. But we still feel violated. We are trustful people but when something like this happens which by the way is a first you come to realize you should not trust that easy. Advice to others. Use cash. Never give any one your card. Because some people cant be trusted.

we began our evening out with a trip to Outback. My wife ordered the prime rib, I ordered the New York strip. My steak arrived undercooked, less than rare even though I ordered it medium. I sent it back and about the time my wife was finishing her meal, my steak came back cooked beyond well done, dry and tough. The manager agreed that it was inedible and it did not show up on the check. We were not certain how to proceed with the evening.. go to another restaurant and have her watch me eat my dinner, or go to the movie and listen to my stomach growl for two hours. We went home and I made myself a sandwich. There are better places in this area to get a decent steak. Maybe just drive past the Outback.

We had a great experience here today, we ordered the blooming onion as we normally do and it came out a little more spicy than we cared for so we didnt eat very much of it and our waitress asked why, so we told her and said it was fine, next thing you know the manager shows up at our table and have a long and fun talk about the possible reasons why the onion could have been spicy - which is an apparently going question. Which my wife and I have talked about before as well. Fun conversation. They took the cost off our bill and even gave us a sample raw 2 pound onion to show us what they use. Great individual service and attention by the manager and waitress. Big thanks to Mike and Skye!!

We called ahead for 730 but they couldnt find us but the manager gave us our spot in line. Ended up being seated by 740...server came, got our drinks & took our order. We didnt see her until our food came out & it was probably because my step-dad bitched at her cause our drinks were empty for a good 20 minutes & when she finally came to refill he sucked it down, which if youre eating an appetizer then who wouldnt be thirsty. Food was pretty good. We had some confusion with the bills but we just worked it out between ourselves cause the server was of no help. She didnt even bring silverware when the salads came out.
