What else can be said about this plans cept kids love it parents hate it. The pizza is awful like chuck e cheese but theres lots of it so i guess that is a value? Tastes like someone wanted to make a pizza that tastes like a frozen pizza but using fresh ingredients. Why? Anyway that Is apparently the best way to make pizza for a 6 to 11 year old so this is where I go when I want to reward my little one and torture myself. PS last time i went there a large metal pan fell off of the soda machine making a huge clatter. No ci cis employees seemed to care. They didnt check to see if anyone wad hurt, didnt apologize for the disruption and eventually a kind customer picked up the metal object and cleared the flood it wad obstructing.

If I could give less than one star I would. First off my cup was still wet when the cashier handed it to me, then find out the plates are all wet and seemingly dirty, like they were just lightly rinsed no cleaning involved. Then come to find out they do not make request pizza anymore. Moved on to fill my drink, guess what? Ice machine had zero ice to dispense. Go to sit down, every single table is dirty had to ask someone to clean one off. First employee told me "thats not my job" and walked away. Finally found someone to clear a table. Overall the absolute worse experience Ive ever had at any food establishment in my lifetime. Do not eat here!!

Just got back from This CICIs, It was unhealthy, employees were touching floors, doors, and then the food without gloves or washing their hands. A pizza was dropped on the floor, then served to us customers. CHOP ALLEN (manager) told us to hold on a second then didnt help us for ten minutes and ignored several other possible customers after. He took cash from one couple then touched the food without washing his hands. HE TOO WAS FAILING in my opinion. DO NOT EAT HERE. I have pictures of pizzas on the floor, pizza being left out under the bar, employees failing to comply with Food Ethics(and the law), wish I new how to share them.

We usually go to the one in Hampton, and they put this one to shame! It was not very clean, spills on the floor disregarded by staff, womans bathroom had a flood, making it unusable for the time we were there. The pizzas were either cold, burnt, or gone! The busboy was washing tables by slinging a rag around knocking anything and everything off the table into the floor, and on other peoples tables. It just all around wasnt a good experience. Maybe they were all having an off day....but we dont plan on going back.

I went to CiCis the other day for lunch because coworkers dragged me there. WORST. DAY EVER. Aside from the fact that the food is garbage (literally, I think they take garbage and put it on cardboard and call it pizza) the service is horrible. But can you blame them? I mean they are working at a CiCis pizza. Of course the garbage food upset my stomach and sent me to the hell hole of a bathroom that place has. Seriously, I think I have crabs or contracted HIV from that bathroom. Worst lunch experience ever.

Trash everywhere dirt everywhere Employees everywhere But somehow nothing being done Red cups coated in filth and disappointment Dont go here Unless you wanna crap your pants The have quarter machines at least for kids I wouldnt recommend eating anything from here Maybe if I was wasted or on the verge of suicide

The pizzas were mediocre and definitely not made to standards. They couldnt have been. The Hampton (Mercury Blvd) as well as the one in Lancaster, PA do such a better job and they are both always clean unlike this one. The salad items were not cold (at all). Apparently, the temperature is not being check as required. The cinnamon rolls and pudding deserts were burned. The brownies were not done. They had a flour taste. It does not give Cicis a good name. I was very disappointed.

I was there for a school fundraiser. Next time I will just give the school $10 and cut out the middleconman. Be prepared to bring cash ONLY. Owner only takes cash. They have an ATM machine on site but they charge $2 to get $20. So instead of paying at the register with credit card or ATM with no fees, which ALL restaurants do, you get hit with the outrageous service fee. Add that to the fact that the pizza is cardboard and youll understand why I write what I write.

I dont know how anyone could write a bad review of this place! Unless youve worked in food service, you dont deserve to bad mouth. I loved this cicis! Close by, great service, excellent taste. The manager remembered me by name when I ordered my Mac and cheese pizza and was cracking jokes the whole time we were there, gave me a number with my favorite color on it. Checked on me to make sure I got my food. Friendly staff too :). Best cicis weve ever been to.

Worst management in the history of food services. Place is always gross, wouldnt wipe my ass with the toliet paper in its "bathroom" rather use my hand. If you are looking to suprise yourself with a random turd on the floor you chose the right place. Speaking from someone who worked there i wouldnt even drink out of our own red cups you buy for 2$. I dont even think the dishwasher worked in years.

Horrible. It is SO completely ghetto and nasty. The staff are just rude and there was a huge spill of liquid on the floor for well over an hour or more right in front of the drink dispenser and the staff completely ignored it. They were rude when you asked them anything like doing their jobs was the costumers fault. It was the definition of ghetto. Food all over the floor and tables.

My experience was very pleasing from the time me and my family walked through the door until we exit. I thought since it was close to closing the food would be cold and old. The manager Chop showed us great hospitality. Him and the staff worked hard to make sure the food was hot and consistent. This restaurant I recommend highly.

When you dont take care of your restaurant you attract customers who do not know how to act. Every time I go there the place is dirty, people allow their children to do as they please without saying excuse me. This place was great when the old manager was there. Now he is gone and I still question how this place is open.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Most pizza was burned or looked old. First round of cinnamon rolls were burned on the bottom. Second round were still doughy. White sauce on noodles tasted like water. Left still hungry because it wasnt even worth trying to eat the bland and burned food.

Went on a Thursday night with a group of 14 and had a great time. Food was great, people working couldve been better considering they had their conversations loudly and werent aware of their surroundings nor did they watch their mouth! But it was great overall would go back :)
