Save yourself the time and money DRIVE TO HAVRE DE GRACE PATS!!! Every single time we come here something is always wrong with our order, every single time! Youd think just one of the many times our order came out wrong or cold the manager would come over and maybe apologize or ask what he can do... but no not once, hes obviously too busy hitting on the 5 young girls they need working the counter. Im not sure why we keep giving it another chance but this will be the last time me and my family ever eat here. Im not paying 50 dollars for terrible food and mediocre service! Tonights order took 45mins to get to the table, which I can understand on busy nights, but not for the food to be WRONG AND COLD!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

This place will rip you off if your not paying attention. Today I tried to order online. First, the website is missing the low-carb chicken options along with several other regular menu items. Second, it doesnt give you reward points if you use a coupon for any part of your order. Third, if you use a coupon for a medium pizza ($3 off, ps3mp) and want to add a topping, it invalidates the coupon. Fourth, you cant use a coupon for the glutton free pizza even though there is NOTHING on the coupon, site, or menu that says you cant. Fifth the website wouldnt let me check out (timed out errors) so I had to drive to the store. Because I now ordered "in-store" I was told I couldnt get reward points because I didnt order "online".

I had a very poor experience here. I placed a to go order and asked to have a pizza without the cheese, the person who answered the phone was rude. I arrived to pick up my pizza and the pizza had cheese. The manager the told me he would have another one out for me in 7-10 minutes, 20 minutes later I was still waiting. I would not recommend them if you have any specific requests for your food, and they need to have a customer service training for the employees. A manager followed me to my car and apologized and gave me $5 off coupon, Im revising this from 2 stars to 3 .

I dont know what it is about ordering a no cheese, white veggie pizza, but Ive ordered it from here several times -- because WHEN they get it right, its GREAT -- but thats not usually on the first try. I had one incident where it got so convoluted that the manager gave us a gift card for the inconvenience, but it happened AGAIN today. They charged us $6 for extra toppings! We had to negotiate it down in price then we got the pizza which was supposedly a large but I would say medium at best! Sad to say, they have officially lost my business.

I have been eating in Pats for years. The last couple years the service has been awful. It takes a long time to get your food... a half hour to get a sub or a wrap is ridiculous. When you do finally get it they skimp on the meat that you ordered. It will be the last time I go there . Once can be understandable but this is happening on a regular basis. The prices they charge, everything should be impeccable.

Ive always loved Pats when theyre on their game but sometimes they just arent. More good than bad but youd think it was 2 totally different places sometimes. When you ask for something well done and its barely cooked it makes you wonder what it would have been if you didnt ask for well done! Notice portion sizes are getting smaller too.

I had the steak stromboli. I thought it was tasteless. The strongest flavor was the bread. Considering it is a self serve I thought the prices were too high. Add to that the low quality food I ate the prices were far too high. The staff was great and the facility clean and nicely decorated.

The quality of your food used to be good when I first moved here about 2 years ago but now it cost more for less portions and your food is very expensive. $10 for a cheesesteak and its 6-inch and not full?---I go to the Pats in DE now and no tax.

Love this place everyone is so nice and informative. Very down to earth. The food is so amazing. Normally just get delivery but today went in to do a takeout and was blown away by how nice everyone is including managers

Came here with my son from the UK whilst visiting family last year and the food was fantastic and the employees were great. And couldnt do enough for us. Will be my first stop when we come back in 2017. good job folks

Hello yes the stromboli was very good BUT split between to adults and still hungry because of the lack of steak in the thing and we are not eating just bread.....man times must be tough cheating people like this

Stopped in with a vanload of teens. Adults and teens were all happy. The quality of the food surprised us - great flavors and selection. Huge portions - even the teens had leftovers to take away.
