The new owners are very nice. The wife is a classically trained chef. Theyve tried putting interesting choices on the new menu, but according the owner people didnt want this. I want it and wish theyd put more choices back on the menu. But I understand if an item isnt selling then you have to remove it. The Italian food is very good and homemade! I havent tried their pizza yet, but I will! They cleaned the place up since taking over it, but it could still use some updating. The service was very good and all in all this is a great little hole in the wall to grab lunch at. I would have given more stars if the place was remodeled and had more ambience, but realistically this is a little diner. I may be asking too much!

We felt a little like we were stepping back in time as we entered this little diner off of I-64 Exit 136. The hospitality was genuine; the prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious!! We had hamburger steak with gravy, chicken tenders (the best that I have had in quite awhile!), baked potatoes, green beans, rolls and fresh, homemade shrimp egg rolls. We will definitely be stopping here again!!!

First time we have visited this establishment, it was carry-out. The lady that answered the phone was very patient and helpful. We order 4 very different items and everyone loved what they had selected. The prices are very fair for the portion size. This was our first visit but will not be our last........I am so wanting to try the desserts that I saw.

I have been going to this restaurant for nearly twenty years and I can proudly say that the staff has all reached out and created a personal relationship with myself and many other customer that have dined in their walls when I am there. It is an authentic fifties diner and I wish there were more places like this to get such wonderful food and company!

Tatis veggie burger was homemade! Wow, and the eggrolls are to die for! Humble environment, but clean dishes, informative waitress and the food.. well, youd never guess a place like this would have been so impressive and affordable! Id go here over the local expensive franchises!

Close to a diner experience and ambiance. Big sign outside advertising New Management. Good prices and very friendly service. Still using old menu with some items crossed out. Most items fried but not exclusively. Food was decent. I would probably stop again if in the area.

The food was great. The staff was friendly and service was fast. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such a genuine place. I wish I lived nearby or there was a place like this by me. It was budget friendly too. Top notch and inexpensive! Delicious french toast and eggs.

Definitely got that small diner vibe. Nothing fancy, but wasnt looking for fancy. Had to wait a bit long, but enjoyed the fresh fried chicken. Friendly staff was attentive. Good meal for a good price. Ill be back to support local owned. Next time - breakfast!

Great inexpensive breakfast for 5 dollars with 4 item choices ... Fried catfish is the bomb with substantial portions for all dinners served ... Fresh food , well prepared , by friendly folk ... Fast becoming an iconic Zion Crossroads restaurant !!!

Ive been going here since I was a kid. Aside from an updated look, nothing has changed. The wait staff is extremely friendly, prices are unbelievably fair, and the food is the closest to home-cooked youre ever gonna get at a restaurant.
