i read some of the other bad reviews and im the type of person who has to judge for myself whats good or bad and as of today 9/11/15 i have had the worst chinese take out ever in my life from this place.not only did it take an hour to get the food but I cannot even explain the utter disappointment and terror my taste buds went through trying to eat this food until i finally just threw it away along with the rest of my order for my family ,no one would eat it and it was 4 different types of food. The frozen isle at walmart has better chinese food than this place and i cannot stress enough how unbelievably gross it was , i will never eat here again and i hope that any one who reads this heeds my warning and try somewhere else not worth it waste of money and time,HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I am never ordering from this place again. Worst Chinese Ive ever had EVER. The lady that took my order was very rude. It was 2:30 and She said I couldnt order lunch WHICH ENDS AT 3:00. She says she was the manager. After she took my order she hung up without giving me a time. When I got my food I have the delivery man a $5 tip. He did NOT SAY THANK YOU. I order egg foo young EVERYTIME I order Chinese. When I opened the food all of it looked a little under cooked. I took a bite out of the egg go young and it WAS NOT COOKED!!!!! I called the resturant and she told me that since I took a bite there was nothing she could do and said that no one else ever said that before. Worse food and ever worse service.

Highly disappointed I ordered 1 shrimp egg roll,cheese wonton & a large shrimp fried rice they took 1 hour & 30 mins to get hear Im literally right down the street from them about 5 mins or so when I started to eat my shrimp fried rice I noticed they only put 5 shrimp in it thats a rip off there cheating there customers I highly recommend not to eat I will never eat hear agine.

This place is convenient to where I live. The food is decent, there was a time it was hit and miss, but it seems as though there is a new staff who provide solid service and the food has improved greatly. It is not the greatest place in the world, but has been consistently good for my family and I over the last 4 years or so.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This place has roaches and I have pictures to prove it!! A roach was found in my egg fo young !! and when I approached manager for refund he imediatly got annoyed and said he can only give me back half of my money!! Then told me to get out of his store!! NEVER AGAIN!!! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Me and a coworker order food from here. I threw it away and ordered from a different location.The food is not good at all. The best thing is the egg rolls. The egg rolls where the only thing that was cooked. The customer service is horrible. Its crazy that they are still in business.

Not sure how the food tastes because the lady hung up on me. But it was explained that there was a 2 dollar delivery charge and a 12 dollar minimum not including drinks and they deliver up to 5 miles. All that would help if I could get past "I would like to order...."

Horrible service. Ordered my food and an hour and 30 min later I called to cancel. No place should take that long to get you your food. They were not even apologetic or offering of anything. Wont go there ever again!!! Dont waste your time on this place.
