Last week my company was scheduled to have our Holiday lunch. I placed my order online with this location. On the day and time scheduled, the lunch didnt show up. Upon checking I realized it was because I had put an incorrect date on the order. We called the restaurant in a panic because without this food, we would have no Holiday lunch. And this was a large order. Somewhere around $500.00. Not only were they very professional and polite, they put together a $500 food order in about 1/2 and hour and delivered it!!!! I cannot tell you how much they saved me or how appreciative I am. Im still in awe of what they accomplished in such a short amount of time and how gracious they were. Definitely a 5 star location!!!

Assistant night manager crept up behind me with a stick . Truly ghetto. Owner tried to cover for him .Dont believe they care for customers its all lip service.Truly ghetto . AND totally unprofessional. I called the Owner of the store and questioned him regarding the incident, his apathetic response was " I dont tell you why my employee used a stick"! Totally unprofessional response . William Barge is just as Ghetto as his Thug manager he defends. What a disgrace when Chic Fila has failed to maintain the Integrity and standard of its founding and Become Ghetto!

This morning was the worst customer service I have experienced since they opened. Not one person had a smile and after standing at the register for a good minute finally someone came from the back to serve me.. and with that funky attitude she gave me I was disappointed. Then as I stood to the side to wait and wait for my food one young lady saw I was irritated because I was forgotten about. The crazy thing is though it was 8 am it was only myself and two other customers.. Then after getting my food it was nasty cold and old.. very disappointed

Hands-down the most pleasant fast-food experience Ive had in a long time. I had some time to kill after getting in from out-of-town and before I could check in at my hotel, so I stopped here for some lunch. There was free Wi-Fi, an outlet where I could charge my phone and my laptop, and the waitstaff checked on me no less than 6 times for the hour that I was there asking if I needed a refill, if they could get me anything else, if they could take my trash, etc. Would absolutely recommend this location to a friend.

The drive thru was jammed pack. I went inside and it effected nothing. I had my food in a small amount of time while I waited. There was a young lady roaming around to make sure we had all our food and to see if we needed anything else. She got us refills. I took 1 star away for the drive thru, but I still think they handled it well. They had people out directing the drive thru traffic. Also, it was a Friday evening so that might of had a lot to do with it.

My experience today was terrible the lady did not greet me or ask was it for here or to go.She just took my order messed up my drink if I wasnt paying attention I wouldnt of known.Gave me a bag when I want a tray and she had to be a manger cause her shirt was blue Im assuming Spanish lady felt like I was in McDonalds and I dont even it McDonalds wont come back

The people that work here are very nice and although a wait at a CFA is not unexpected, it shouldnt take 40 minutes to get out of a double lane drive thru. Worst part is that once youre in, you cant change your mind and get out bc of the cones. The food is usually decent but the operations and wait time could be improved. The staff is always pleasant though.

Bought 3 sandwiches one time. Rude over the teleprompter, took FOREVER got our orders wrong. Told us to park outside. Forgot about us. Walked in. Got an attitude when we walked in. I personally told the person to give their supervisors name and a corporate concact and right then and there my sandwiches magically were handed to me. Worst experience. EVER.

Im usually pretty satisfied with my food. The only issue Ive recently encountered is the watermelon mint drinks. Whenever I ask for the watermelon mint tea, I get lemonade (was even told that they dont do watermelon mint tea). I honestly dont get it. What is so hard about putting the watermelon mint syrup in the TEA. Also, chick n minis are hit or miss.

Not the best Chick Fil A. A lot of young employees but no leader there. Signature trademarks of Chick Fil A are "My Pleasure", clean bathrooms, clean eating area, plastic placemates for kids. These were ask absent on our visit. Compared to other Chick Fil A restaurants in the area and out of state this is the worst Ive been to.

I love the food but I dont think the way they treat their employees is right. Treating people right is better than having good food in my opinion. Otherwise, this would be a five star place. They have the employees outside in the heat. Its horrible. This is fast food not construction. .....I feel bad for them.

I ate here two days ago. And once I left I immediately felt sick . That night I was vomiting and had diarrhea. My 3 year old was also. We have been sick for the last two days after eating here . We always eat at chic fil a but this specific one gave us food poisoning. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ONE AGAIN !

I went in to have breakfast at this location on a busy Saturday morning. The food was prepared well and served on time. What I liked the most was the superb customer service the employees provided and the cleanliness of the place. What I didnt like: The parking at this particular location.

Friendly staff and fresh food. Restaurant is always clean including the play area. They are always super crowded anytime Ive been there but they somehow get you in and out very fast and Ive never had to wait for a table. I dont know how they do that!

No matter what time, whos working or the amount of customers, the food is always consistently good (great for fast food), the staff is always pleasant and fast. The restaurant is also always very clean and it offers a play area for kids. Check it out!

Very busy during the day. The staff were good, and polite. The bathrooms are moderately clean compared to other Chick-fil-A. The only big downside is the parking, it is very hard to get in the parking lot not to mention the drive through.
