Absolutely asinine ordering online and pre-paying but still having to wait in the same line as people ordering. Food is fine but the service is lacking. If my food is ready and sitting on the counter for pick-up I should not have to wait behind 10 people who are still ordering. Also the food was cold because of having to wait for it. Fail. No point to online ordering because youll just have to wait in line and the staff do not care that youre food is getting cold. Just go to Panera Bread instead if you want to online order, at least they have their stuff together and arent rude to their customers.

This is the best place in Stafford to get smoothies and sandwiches. The Smoothies are perfectly prepared. The Manager and Staff are very KIND and PROFESSIONAL. I am one of the REGULARS, and they know exactly what I want when I walk in with the big SMILES on their faces. They are EXCELLENT in service! - Love the atmosphere of Great Customer Service! Priceless!

Great food and smoothies, the problem was the manager that was in charge at that time he was screaming to the employees and rushing through the order that he took from me. If you going to provide customer service you cant rush the customer, or a least offer some add onfrom the food that I am ordering and there was no even a line to be rushing the customers.

This is one of the most consistent Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations that Ive ever been to. Great service. I ordered for pick up and as i was walking in they had my order ready for me. The manager is a great guy and is clearly there for his guests. If i could rate 6 stars I would.

The manager here at the Stafford location is awesome! I is the kindest person I have met! He always works quickly and usually already knows most customer orders. He makes a long day seem not so bad with just a few words... this is why I go here at least 3 times a week! Thanks.

The large man, assuming he was the manager was kinda rude. He talked down to me when I asked for a napkin, because they dont have any in the restaurant. He snapped, "its under your sandwich." Under everything. Also was rude when I asked for a fork for my slaw....not gappy

This cafe provides amazing customer service! They allowed me to order ahead for pick up and brought it out to my vehicle and took my payment because I was in uniform. Staff are great, and the food and smoothies are delicious. Excellent value!

Great little place for smoothies, sandwiches, and salads. Food and smoothies are delicious, and I love that the calorie count of everything is clearly posted. I have been stopping by after work for takeout for some time.
