I have been coming to this location for years and never had a problem and enjoyed my experience but my last visit was...disappointing. Ive ordered the Ham and Swiss several times in the past because of food allergies and it was always delicious but this last time when I received my food it had onions and tomatoes on the sandwich, two things I happen to be allergic to so when I took it up to ask about ordering another sandwich a lady who must have been a manager of some kind seemed a little short tempered with my request stating I shouldve told them in the first place. Again, I have ordered this same sandwich in the past where the only thing on the sandwich was the ham and the swiss. So they bring out the second sandwich and this one has a lot of lettuce on it and barely any ham. I send it back just wanting a plain sandwich and I finally get it back with the manager saying to order clearly next time...I was going to be willing to return in the future, emphasizing my order no problem but now I wont be returning. Its disappointing to me that a place I used to love going to breakfast and lunch for on occasion is now a place I plan to avoid.

This was the worst Panera experience Ive had in like 10 years. I stopped here on my way back to work at 4:30pm on a Saturday. It took me 34 minutes - literally - to get my food. While waiting I couldnt fill up my coffee because they were all lukewarm - I ended up getting hot tea. After about 25 minutes I went up to the counter and wanted to cancel my order so I could just leave with a croissant and a hot tea but then the manager assured me that my order was finished however they ended up canceling the order even though I said OK Ill wait since it was finished. And then with the food came if you could tell it was done in haste. The final straw was when I went to buy my croissant after already leaving and it was stale.so yeah looks like this place is way understaffed and I hope they get it together but in the meantime never stopping there again.

Food as it shouldnt be. This is now the 2nd time i have got a salad from this location with nasty looking avocados. They advertise Fresh food on TV, and yet Im getting nasty looking avocados. This location has messed up my salad almost every time i ordered within the last 2 months (and i work close so i order pretty often) - leaving out ingredients that i pay for (like chicken or egg). I had to go back 3 times at one point before they got it right. I work close but it is still a waste of time to have to come back and get them to remake a salad when it says what needs to go in it on the receipt they sign off on. I love the salads at Panera Bread but if they continue to mess up my order every time they will lose a valuable customer.

We live close by so we get to come in pretty regularly. I did not used to be a fan of panera. But, living close to this one, it is now one of my favorite places to eat. The people who work here are consistently excellent. And, for me, the sausage, egg, and cheese on asiago bagel for breakfast is perfect. I am actually eating it now as I write this review. For lunch or dinner, the bacon turkey bravo (but, ask them to change the "turkey" to "pulled chicken" and toast it). Seriously delicious. The bagels are a great group breakfast when you have family in town. They are top notch. But dont pay for the cream cheese, just grab some philidelphia cream cheese at the grocery store and you are golden!

I love this location, I love how Panera in general is getting so much more tech friendly and quick service friendly. Love the speed kiosks when you walk in the door but I almost exclusively place my orders online for rapid pick up now, its a great way for everyone to pay for their own even if only one person is running to pick it up. Also great that you can order to your table now. I love their delicious cream cheese pastries, like Ive included as a photo!

My order got misplaced or delivered to the wrong person, during the beginning end of the lunch rush, at first. I was approached by the food runner with another persons order, but once a mistake was realized they were able to make my order right away. I was only waiting for less than 10 minutes since I had ordered and was offered a cookie for my wait, which I declined. They have great customer service and great food. I would recommend this location.

This one is usually pretty good. I often order rapid pick up from here and my only complaint is that some items tell you if they are out and some do not. Because of that you sometimes get to the store and find they were out of something you ordered and you have to find a manager and figure out what youre going to do at that point. Make sure you check your order for completeness and correctness before you leave the shop.

Got lunch there today in a time of desperation for something to eat because I forgot my lunch for work. The flatbread was an incredibly messy disappointment and it took them absolutely forever to prepare. Thats $6 Im never getting back. And no, passive-aggressive card reader machine, I wont add a tip to my overpriced bill - pay your employees a fair wage, Panera, and watch them make better food.

I ordered a Roasted Turkey Apple Cheddar Sandwich and bit into a staple that was inside the sandwich. The manager recorded this as an incident with an Incident Number of IC10000285279. Not sure how a staple ended up in the sandwich and not really all that happy about it. I wouldnt encourage anyone to go to this Panera.

Stopped off shortly after they opened, driving southbound on 95. There was no exit sign for Panera it is about 3/4 of a mile from the highway. Staff was super friendly and quite perky for 0600, almost too much after a night of driving. Good breakfast sandwich, great coffee good price, nice and clean dining room.

Unfortunately, Every time (accept the one time i dined in) they have gotten my order wrong. Im a vegetarian so i order no chicken and double veggies. They ALWAYS add chicken. The staff is always very nice im just over having to send stuff back. If i didnt live right behind the plaza i would stop coming.

Food was great. Problem was that a big group of women showed up and had a very loud sales meeting for one of those MLM home party sales companies. Completely ruined my meal and that of everyone else around them. Looked like half of them didnt even buy anything. How has this become acceptable behavior?

The bacon turkey bravo is the only sandwich I get from Panera. This particular facility has crammed seating and IMO isnt a great layout, the food was good and fresh and they have even started bringing the food to you. The only down side was that it took about an hour for our food to be ready.
