This KFC/Taco Bell is the slowest fast food place in MD. Consistently orders take 5+ minutes to get out the door no matter what you order. More times than not, the order is made incorrectly or are missing items. Good luck if you go drive thru because youll like be home before you realized they messed up your order. Im not sure what it is but the staff doesnt seem to be screwing around or apathetic yet they fail so often. Must be management. The only reason I go here is if I have a craving for Taco Bell and I frequently leave disappointed. Fortunately for them the closest chicken and mexican fast food competition is at least 15 minutes drive away in Westminster.

The only reason i offer 1 star is that the employees were friendly...other than that the food was absolutely horrid....my wedges were dry and old and lukewarm at best.. My plain sandwich had enough mayo on it to share with other people..my cheesy potatos were just wedges with sourcream and cheese on them...my biscuit may have actually been used as a puck during an nhl game and my cinnatwists were devoid of any cinnamon or sugar...even my drink was watered down by the melted ice. This place would benefit from a fire that consumes the building...The Colonel would be very ashamed that his name was associated with this place.

Would give 2.5 if able. Food was a decent 4/5; but service was slow. The cashier up front was courteous, but noticeably inexperienced and unable to fill their role effectively. They were out of one of the things I ordered in a combo, so we negotiated something else to be put in its place, but the order still came out missing something else. After another 10-15 minutes, the food came out, and they upped the 4 pieces of chicken in our meals to an 8-count bucket in apology for the service, which did somewhat redeem an otherwise very negative visit.

Stay away! The absolutely slowest drive through I have ever experienced, bar none. Waited for over 20 for food because block in from behind. It appears no one that works in the place is over 16...all slack-jawed yokels from the lower third of the class from the local high school. Tried going into the place once. The staff seemed confused by the simplest question about the product, but it did take only 10 minutes to get my food that time. Condiment station was a shambles and the floor was unswept.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Took 10 minutes to make a simple 8 piece Chicken bucket at 5:30!! The whole time they never even talked to me unless the girl was done texted on her phone and then she talked to me. Its very sad and will not be going here again!! Westminster one is out of the way but worth it at least the get your order right unlike this place!!

This is the last time I will eat here ...I gave this place more then one Chance... Every time I come here its a dam disaster...i Wait for 20 min to get my food its all kinda messed up...never will I come here again and this Is being nice ...get a manager that can expedite delegate n new staff ...Im thinking it will not Even fix this problem sad place to eat n waste time and money!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous!!! I order two items and they couldnt even get that right!!! Their customer service was horrible and they were just standing around goofing off. We have ordered there before and more often than not they always get it wrong. Next time I will drive the extra miles to go to Hanover or Westminster. Worst place ever!!!

This is the worst place ever. You will either sit in the drive thru for 15 plus minutes before they take your order or it will be messed up in some capacity. Management and staff standing by the entrance smoking and joking with no regard for patrons trying to enter. You would have to put a gun to my head to get me to eat there again.

Got my order wrong went in and the employee for some reason could not comprehend they gave me the wrong side and I just wanted the correct side. Finally after the employee realized the mistake and gave me the correct side he took the side I already left the restaurant with and opened back into the warmer to be served again.

Seriously! I mean really! Drive through order was only $5 tender orders. The tenders were no bigger than a nugget, flat and dry! The biscuit was hard as rock. The Pepsi was watered down. Just an awful experience. When I got home 20 minutes later, I called them, twice... no answer. SMH wouldnt recommend them.

Today has been the third time and last. Is always something wrong with the food here. Today the coleslaw taste like soap and the chicken tenders smell and taste like old meat. And the associated act like they dont just dont care and to make matters worse no management.

The chicken tenders are ridiculously small. 12 for $20? Someone at KFC bumped their head. If you happen to want a pot pie, FORGET IT! They either dont bother making them or they dont make enough and run out. Overpriced, and poorly managed establishment.

Its a big joke with family and friends in the area KFC never has chicken. Its rediculious that a place that has chicken in the name doesnt have any. Must have the same management as Westminster witch by the way is out of business.

As usual, the burritos are dry and light. The service was not fast, but not so ridiculously slow as it usually is. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. If my kids didnt like Taco Bell so much, I would never come here.

The couple times I have been there, the restaurant is always dirty. Like most Taco Bells I have seen. However, KFC restaurants used to be kept clean. I would go there and eat, except for it always being dirty.

Simply cant see how making taco bell food can be messed up so badly. Next to no steak on the quesada. No taco salads available. Next to no lettuce on tacos. Wrong burritos made. $19.00 down the drain.

More often than not, KFC restaurants are putting out greasy dry chicken. The sides have slipped in quality and the bisquits are often dry and old. I will get my chicken elsewhere.

Just got home with my popcorn chicken. It is the driest hardest fried chicken I have ever tried to eat. This KFC/TacoBell sucks.
