Beware!!! The only reason a gave this business one star because the site gave me no choice. I go to a touch less car wash for one reason, so my car doesnt get damaged from high pressure hoses , brushes etc. Ive gone to this one for quite awhile now usually to pull up pay at the machine pull in and let the automated car wash do its job , never seeing anyone. Yesterday was different I pulled up and payed at the machine, while waiting for the car in front of me to finish as I was sitting there a young kid that works there came behind my car with a high pressure hose only inches away from my car and damaged the paint on my bumper. Accidents happen we all now that no problem , but when I went in to ask for the owner of the business I was handed off to another young man. Which after telling him what happened he went into about 20 reason why it wasnt their fault , this was before even looking at my car. He was very rude and did not handle the whole thing very well at all , later in our conversion he told me he was the owner in anger of course , after asking him why he would lie to me and then said his mother owned it. I was also told he would get back in touch with me to let me now what they were going to do about the damage to my car. take a guess no call back

Went in for the mini mint. Guys went in and did the job, it took a half hour longer than they cited and they gave me a double charge on dog hair removal. Granted, we do have a dog and the hair is annoying to clean out ( I know Ive done it), but they increased my rate by 50% without so much as a word to me. When I mentioned that I would have liked some sort of warning before being charged extra for a service they didnt seem to care. They actually seemed more annoyed than anything, and I got the impression that my business wasnt appreciated. The car was quite clean but it wasnt worth the extra money. Next time Ill just do the job myself.

We took our Honda Pilot there to have the seats shampooed & washed. What a pleasant surprise to see our car after they were done. I was expecting to see some of the stains still in the fabric such as the stain that was in the way back from the time I transported black mulch & the bag bled out & made a dark spot on the fabric. They were able to get that out. Awesome job & company. The tires & upholstery were so shiny & new...looked like a new car.

Keystone coffee and autospa is one of my favorites, me and my mom came here one time after school to get a car wash. The only problem about this place is there was no menu at the drive thru area which makes it confusing when your trying to order something. But other than that they had the best chocolate bannah smoothie Ive ever had and the autospa was very nice. I would definitely come back here again :)
