This is an OK Potbelly, far from being just good to the best. Dont go into the bathrooms or look over the serving counter, its less than maintained its pretty dirty. The beverage dispenser area is generally pretty gross and the waist disposal container areas appear to be lazily cleaned and out of order. Its a sticky half clean environment that seems to be falling apart over time instead of improving. The cabinets to both the drinking fountains and disposal containers seem to be broken and un-maintained from lack of care. It has a very low professional appearance that might make a person second guess getting a soda at the fountain or properly disposing their garbage because the risk outweigh the gains. The sandwiches are fair. They just dont have that awesomely perfect crisp toasted flavor I am used to with Potbelly. Each time Ive visited this location the bread doesnt seem as fresh as other Potbelly locations I have eaten at. Ive been to many Potbellys across the US. Its a lunch staple for me when I travel. So far this location is my least favorite. The staff can often be nice but more often are very condescending. Expect to be smiled at allot but inadvertently treated like you are a lesser person than the employees themselves. It seems some of the employees have a very personal problem with dealing with various personality types that differ from what they want as a customer. I have visited this location over 20 times in the past year. Each experience has decreased within the past 6 months. So, this past weekend I was in Chantilly and found another Potbellys......I am so glad to have found a location that is professional, kind, clean and reacts like they are glad to have me as a customer. Im glad I have no reason to visit this location another time to get my Potbellys on :) but I will be burning a bit more gas to do so.

The sandwiches are bland and dry. I decided to try this place on a whim as its on my way home. Huge mistake! Waste of money and will not return. Want a good sandwich? Go to Firehouse subs.

Potbellys makes great sandwiches and their soup is not half bad either. Menu is priced fair and the quality is outstanding. If you want a warm sandwich then stop in and enjoy.

The only Potbellys that requires you to place a ToGo order 3 hours ahead of time. Unreal. GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! They lowered ToGo wait times from 3 hours to 1.5! SO FAST
