I’m not sure what has changed and why, but Sonics is not the same! This use to be one of my favorite places, but the last 3x that I have visited, I have been extremely disappointed in the food and customer service. My last visit was on 7/8/17 and I’m not quite sure to where to begin with my dissatisfaction. 1. I was in the drive thru for 5mins before being acknowledged (and this was once I was at the speaker). Once that took place, my only request was to purchase 4, $5 Gift cards. I waited an additional 5mins, but no one addressed my concern. Due to no response, I just pulled up to the window. 2. Once at the window, I was informed that they were trying to figure out how to enter the gift cards. This literally took 10mins. While patience is not my strong suit, I continued to wait. However, my patience and waiting was in vain after the rep eventually informed me that they only had 1 gift card available. Unbelievable! 22mins total in the drive thru for NOTHING! No apology for the inconvenience or anything. The only solution that was presented was them giving me the “1” gift card. Unfortunately, that was my last straw with Sonics. 3 strikes and you’re out! The truth of the matter is…. the food does not taste the same (especially the fries and the breakfast toasters), the service is slow and in my cases, not even worth the wait. It’s sad, but my last 3 visits have been at 3 different locations and each outcome has been unfortunate.

MEALWORMS IN THE FOOD!!! Usually this is where i go when im craving sonic. However i will NEVER go again. I ordered a number 11. Its the chicken strip meal. The woman on the other end was short with me. I ignored it. Got to the window. Paid with my card. Was handed my box...not in a bag. And my drink. No receipt. Which she had in her hand so i thought maybe she forgot. But i went home anyways. I get home and start to eat and notice i only had one onion ring and kind of chuckle to myself because what else could be more crappy about the experiance. Then i notice something white in the batter of the onion ring. And then another white thing. AND ANOTHER! so i call my boyfriend over to look. He comfirms my fear. A maggot. But after some researh i think its a meal worm. I could be wrong. They obviously saw them to. Beware. They served me that food still even though it was infested with bugs.

This is the WORST SONIC. Last week I ordered a m&m sonic blast and they brought me one that had been sitting in the freezer. M&Ms start to look old and the color runs when you freeze them. The ice cream and cool whip was hard. I just threw it away. This week, my husband wanted Sonic. My burger was old. When I called to tell the Manager, Fredrick, he immediately responded with "All the burgers are cooked fresh right now so what do you want me to do?" I want yall to stop being assholes and cook my food fresh and give me fresh ice cream! My money is REAL! When I asked for a refund for the burger they gave me a hard time for it and didnt refund me everything. I just took back my cash and ran. I will NEVER come back to this trash can of a store.

Food was horrible! Called store...some girl answered phone engaging in a gossiping conversation before saying hello. Then when I asked to speak with a manager..some lady got on the phone, didnt even state her name...just said hello like she was on her personal cell phone! So freaking unprofessional. After telling her my food was old and burger was hard. She tells me she cant find my order..like lady how did i get the food

My service was poor because l waited for 20 min for my food and then the fries was not hot and l ask for no cheese on my son Jr Burger and their was cheese on it,and my son cant eat cheese. When l tried to call to let them know the order was wrong the phone line was BUSY and l didnt get a receipt with my order...smh that is my last visit there.

Horrible if I could rate NEGATIVE stars I would!! Its open 24 hours me and my house came from a movie and stopped in no one came to the speak through drive thru circled twice!! Stoped at the dine in spot pushed the button still nothing and I look up and see them in there!!!

Is it me or is every Sonic slow? No matter when I go to a Sonic it always seems to take a long time. This one is no different. I ordered 3 milkshakes and it took 18 min to complete the order. Shake was good but not worth the wait. Dont go in a hurry.

I waited 10 minutes and nobody ever showed up. There were only 2 other cars here and both had food. I gave up and went to a different sonic and was served immediately at the other location. Very disappointed after a long day of work.

From my experience, Sonic is hit or miss as far as service goes. This Military Highway location is by far the worst however. The food is never consistent and I think you could die waiting in line in their drive through.

Grab a sausage sizzler breakfast combo and two corn dogs around 11:55pm Sunday. The combo was great,but the corn dogs were hard as bricks. I called back to the store several times and nobody answered,please assist!

The park and Order system never works they got signs up on most of them the place looks dilapidated that tells me the food cant be good unfortunately I couldnt even order because everything was broke

Had some pieces of gauze in my blast along with some red color and it was a cookie dough reeses so no red flavor there. I think somebody has a cut on their hand making the blasts, thats gross.

I went through the drive thru on Saturday around 5pm. They made us wait for 15 minutes to place an order so we left. Went back the next day and it took 25 minutes to receive our order.

I will never go to this sonic again. Within an hour of drinking a small shake it was coming back up and into my toilet. If you enjoy food poisoning this is the place to go.
