Below you will find my original review. I have since dropped it down to 1 star after I found out they over charged my debit card. I had to go to my bank account webpage to find out they threw on an extra $3 more than they told me when I ordered. Of course they didnt give me a receipt either. When the bank opens tomorrow morning Im calling them and reporting this fraud by cook out. Original review The food was good and cheap. Service was lacking though. They werent mean, just not personable. Didnt say hello or enjoy your meal. Barely acknowledged you.

After waiting in line for 12 minutes I get to the speaker to place an order. The speaker sound terrible and I couldnt understand a single thing she was saying and she could barely hear me either. My meal came up to $6 and change for a burger, three nuggets and 4 onion rings. I got out of my car, walked up to the window and asked for my money back. They gave me a full refund with an attitude and rolling their eyes at me. Never again!!!

Im not the one to bash but this is ridiculous I never get what I order they hand u food out a window with no bag no number on receipt to call and complain no manager ever around the tomatoes are nasty and old same for lettuce hushuppies old its just a horrible experience unless u catch them when they first open.. Pretty good fast food, with two stand-out traits: 1. The milkshakes are great and come in a wide variety of flavors. 2. The combos, called "trays", feature a main dish and two sides, which can also be items that would be considered entrees elsewhere. So you can order a cheeseburger with a side of corndog and quesadilla. Or a chicken sandwich with sides of chicken nuggets and a BLT wrap. God bless America.

The food was horrible. The onion rings tasted like soap. I paid for cheese on my burger, but didnt get it. But the burger was crumbling, falling out of the bun, and unappetizing. However, the milkshake is so incredibly thick, that even though its 90, you still have to wait for it to melt before drinking.

I have been to this CookOut quite a few times since moving to the area. Like most fast food joints, it is average but hits that hunger pain you get late at night. Dont expect a 5-star restaurant and youll be ok. Check your order before you leave the lot, Ive noticed they get your order wrong pretty often.

Food was cold. Burger wasnt fresh and hard around the edges. My fries had to at least been sitting out for 10-15 minutes. Only good thing was my tea. I am disappointed in this locations service and food quality. Im sorry but Ive got to report it .

Its a Cook Out: if you like their food, this location will meet expectations. However, be aware this location is drive thru only: there is no indoor or outdoor seating. Head to the Military Hwy location if you dont want to eat in your car.

I love this place. Cheap and good! Not very healthy, but it opens until 3 AM? So when youre really hungry at night, this is the place to go. When you order chicken nuggets with your combo, they only give you 3 nuggets. Not a good deal imo.

there is this one caucasian girl at the window that always give me and my friends a hard time. i have a friend that is from africa that has a strong accent and she had an attitude because of it. poor customer service overpowers good food

Very disappointed in the service. Half of my order is missing and the number to the store doesnt even work. This is ridiculous. If the workers paid more attention to the customers than their phones my order would be complete.

Fried food thats been sitting under a warmer for probably hours and will raise your cholesterol by several points on sight. They stay open pretty late and the food is cheap, so lower your expectations

Favorite place to hit when its late and just want a quick and cheep snack. Big double burger out west style or chicken strip sandwich club style are the best mains...and a shake every once in a while.
