Holy Smokes!!! This place is GREAT!!! I am from out of town and stopped by on a recommendation. The atmosphere is very cute - the selection varies greatly across the desert spectrum (macarons, cookies, cakes, brownies, cannoli, etc) and coffee is available - the costumer service was TOP NOTCH (thanks Mrs. Alison!!) ... and the food ... AMAZING!!!!! Honestly - amazing doesnt really even touch what I just ate. Highly recommend making a visit if you are in town or making it a regular stop if you live near. If you are just visiting - please take note and allow yourself a few visits ... trust me on this one you will need / want to. If youre dieting - make this your cheat day ... and if youre not then make it your EVERYDAY!! #NOTdisappointed #

My husband and I fell in love with Macarons while in Savannah GA. We have lived in Norfolk for almost a year and finally decided to try Hummingbird. Amazing, amazing quality and taste and great prices. They do allow small tastings of the Macarons as well which was a huge plus! My husband got Nutella & I got Red Velvet. The Nutella was absolutely outstanding, the Red Velvet wasnt what I wanted it to be (still tasted amazing and had nuts in the filling! YUM). Well be back soon hopefully to try more Macarons and theyre other amazing looking Pastries!

Wonderful place for a sweet treat! I picked up a couple treats for my neighbor and this was part of the text she sent me: ---- "I have eaten cake all over the world with my son is top restaurants with lovely desserts AND THIS is equal to anything I have ever had. This delicious moist coconut cake ranks up there. And I cant say that about any other quite like this. I hope they have good customers that appreciate their art. I am not "over praising" to make you feel good; these people do baking like NYC fancy bakeries!". ------ NOUGH SAID!!!

I love this little bakery and will truly miss it when we move. The macarons they make and sell are divine. They have several flavors that rotate throughout the week. They also do macaron towers for weddings (a friend of ours had one and it was great)! My favorite flavors are rosewater and salted caramel! They also recently had unicorn macarons which were delicious and adorable! They are worth the price! They also offer a rewards program here!

This is one of my new favorite places in town. The macarons are DELICIOUS and everyday they have some alternating flavors. The shop itself is adorable and its located in a really pretty and quiet part of town. I love them, I make a point to go a couple times a month and I even want to have these macarons at my wedding! The staff is also so lovely and helpful. Going to Hummingbird is certainly a treat all around.

If your in Norfolk area you MUST stop in. It is one of the sweetest shops I have ever been in. There was a great variety but the Macarons were what I was there for. She let us sample what we wanted. They have flavors of the day and season so there is always something new I recommend the Belize macaron, it is amazing. Get a cup of coffee and a few treats and relax in a comfortable chair.

The customer service was amazing, the lady at the front was very helpful and patient. I believe she was the owner of the establishment. The first macaron I ever ate was in New York and it was extremely dry and hard. The macarons here were very soft and sweet. I look forward to the next time Ill be over near ghent so I can stop by again.

We stopped by this shop to get in a Parisian mindset. The shop interior is adorable. The shop owner is delightfully nice and let us sample macaroons. We ended up buying one of every flavor to take home and try. I cant wait to stop in and have tea with a girlfriend and enjoy more macaroons.

Flavors change! I went there the first time on a Saturday and tried 12 unbelievably amazing and creative flavors for Macarons. The next week I went on Friday and there was already quite a few new flavors. They switched out fast! I love this place! Such a treat!
