Food is amazing. Customer service lacking. I order at least $60 worth of food every week. My last order, $61.83. Part of the order, I ordered fried scallops, got fried apple sticks instead. WANTED fried scallops. Asked if I could get a free order of fried scallops, since,they messed up my last order. $2.55. $61 a week, it would cost you $2.55 to right a wrong...but no...you dont do that. Ok...Plaza Tapatia will get my $61 a week from now on. Food is good, but customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

This place has gone way down hill in the past several years. What a shame. It could use a good cleaning for starters. The chicken in the General Tso;s chicken is chewy. Any food that touches a wok taste like the oil that was used was old. I refuse to eat at this place when anyone suggest it, mostly due to the cleanliness of the lobby and what I can see of the kitchen.

#1 Egg Roll in Cambridge, possibly MD. Been ordering there for years and allways consistant. The kids ask for it by name, they are all under 5,lol
