This particular one is really not good. The cashiers cant explain the bill without issue...IF and when they get it right. Theyre easily annoyed if you ask a question and sarcastic and caustic as youre leaving. What Theyre not loud enough when they bring food out so theres often confusion about when your food arrives/ is ready and sitting on the counter for you to figure out. For some reason, maybe because of their attitude, the food at this store is not as good as the ones in Woodbridge or Centreville. Ill have to drive our do without net time. My first experiences with them werent good but I decided to try one last time... this WILL BE the LAST time!

This is a larger location. Pretty fast service even with a line. All the smoothies come with "turbinado" which is a marketing smokescreen for "sugar". But Ive gotten about 10 green smoothies recently and I skip the extra sugar every time and they are perfectly great as-is. Refreshing and tasty without being sickly sweet. Good coupons with purchase usually too! The wraps were good too. Knocking one star off for no organic options/ingredients whatsoever on the menu and no whole grain tortillas/wrap bread, only white bread.

love the food, love the smoothies, staff is great...but theres always about 6 people in the back, maybe working, I cant assume anything. but the facts are, loooong wait times are always a thing here. so if youre in a hurry, pass this location. but otherwise, food is great and staff is knowledgeable and friendly if they are at the front.

smoothies are always on point (totally green with probiotics, you dont know until you know). and i tried one of the flat breads that were advertised, california something or other, it was classy and tasty. they are on some emerald shiiiiiiiii
