Really bad experience and felt the need for a review. I called to place a carryout order at 6:10pm. Was told it would be ready in 20 min. I didnt arrive until almost 7:00pm. The girl could not find my order. She said she had no order under my name and no pizza. Then she looked it up by phone number and she printed the ticket. It had my correct name, phone number, the items i ordered and everything except she said i cashed it out at 6:30pm. I told her there was no way anyone had picked up my order that i knew of. She must have given it to the wrong customer. A manager came over, didnt even acknowledge me or introduce herself as the manager and put something in the computer. No apology was given or reason as to why they didnt have my order. i just had to wait another 15 min for them to re make it and still pay for the full order. I finally received my pizza at 7:25pm but it was wrong. Went back up to the girl and showed her one of my pizzas had the wrong toppings and both pizzas i had order the "hand toss" and they looked so thin i thought they were "thin" crust. Cook came over and apologized and said the hand toss were coming out kinda thin but that he would re make my pizzas AGAIN. I finally received the correct order almost 2 hours (7:48pm) after i first placed the order, that is ridiculous. I got to keep the wrong pizzas and the cashier did apologize for the mess up but it didnt feel sincere and i still dont know why i had to wait the first time or why it took almost 2 hours for 2 pizzas and 1 breadsticks. Because of this i will choose a different place in my area for pizza next time. Their lack of care/sincerity is horrible.

So sad. This place has always been the best place for a small family to come out and afford a good meal. They had the best servers ever. I know one left and went to Pancho Villa right down the road and I am hoping that the lady with the colored hair was off this evening. Tonight was horrible. They didnt have heat because of their unit catching fire or something like that but it has been out for over a week. When we sit down the waitress lists off 3 things that they do not have. Then when we are ordering drinks they only have some sodas available, none of the flavor shots were available. Ordered our Pizza and she comes back and says that it is to close to closing time so they dont have that available and we still had 2 hours and 15 minutes before closing time. Then she fussed about having to add to the salad bar because we ordered the salad bar as well. I really dont even know if Ill be back and I do believe I may be getting in touch with corporate. I have never been let down by this Pizza Hut. Today was nothing but let down after let down.

This is the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever witnessed in my life. Their customer service is atrocious! I walked in and was only acknowledged for a hi while the lady behind the counter continued sorting through pickup/ delivery orders. Then the manager came by and didnt say anything other than to ask me to wait. I should have left, but I didnt have time to go anywhere else since I already sat there 15 minutes. In the middle of processing my payment, the cashier left to go make a delivery instead of finishing! I wish I could rate 0 stars.

I arrived around 1130 and after finally deciding what I wanted the waitress gave me the best deals for dining in as opposed to dining out so that meant a lot to me..service was quick and she made sure that I had everything that I needed without me having to ask. thumbs up for service at this location during the weekday evenings.

Food is usually good except the breadsticks which are always burnt for some reason and theres always the young people that work there standing outback smoking every time i drive by there.

I went to Pizza Hut and got Pizza Hut quality pizza. Exactly what I wanted with stuffed crust. Food was ready before the 20 minute wait time. Thanks Pizza Hut for being you.

Ordered a 10$ dinner box with breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. And instead of bread sticks they gave me the dough from cinnamon sticks with garlic sauce on top
