Im not sure whats happened to this place in the last year but its just terrible now. Last week I sat in the drive thru line and didnt even budge for 15 mins. So I parked and went in as I was in a rush (hence fast food). Well I expected it to be busy and employees running around like crazy to accommodate their ridiculous drive thru. NOPE!!! I saw nothing but a bunch of employees doing hardly anything except gossiping about inappropriate stuff and playing around. There was quite a few employees handling food with bare hands. Watched the guy scoop my fries and grab all my food bare handed wipe his nose and face with his hands seconds prior to handling my food. I stood there for about 15 mins waiting for it. He also picked up fries that had fallen on the ground and threw them away of course without gloves or washing his hands right before touching my food. I was so discussed by everything that I saw that I refused to have my family and I eat any of it! The manager really needs to clean up/get rid of employees asap or all that money they just spent on renovations will be a complete waste. YOU WILL GO OUT OF BUISNESS IF YOU DONT FIX THESE PROBLEMS!

Went here one night after work. Got there by 11pm. Decide to run through the drive thru (thought it be quicker) then going in. Pulled up to the drive thru and before I could say anything the lady on the other side asked "what you want" (no even in question form and was very rude) I told her my order and she processed to give me my total. I wasnt even done ordering!! Dont waste your time or money here. People are rude and always on their phones and never friendly. Take your money elsewhere. I plan to

This burger King in dahlgren is terrible. Last month went by there and they said the could not take orders because they were having technical difficulties. This morning went there said they had no croissant or biscuits, and then my son wanted a hamburger this evening went there and they had a sign saying they did not have any hamburger or hotdogs how do you stay in business. I will not be going there anymore!!

In the last few months this place has really went down hill even with a remodel.. Business looks good from the outside... but this place has went from having great customer service to none what so ever... Very Rude Employees and horrible service... Management here is to blame...

The only thing they got right was coffee. Wrong sandwich, and the "hash brown tots" were cold, and fused/disintegrated together into half tots and mushy lumps stuck to each other. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They dont deserve to even BE in business, let alone handling food.

My fiancee ordered a Bacon and Cheese Chicken sandwich with No Mayo. They gave her a Chicken Sandwich with onion and extra mayo. Is this some kind of joke? But at least the place looks nice thats the only reason im giving it a star.
