Absolutely the worst cookies my family and I have ever eaten. I bought a black & white cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. I thought for the five dollars I spent on two cookies and how packed the place was they would be amazing. But I was horribly mistaken, and it is clear the people were there for something other than the cookies. My two kids who are not that picky of eaters, especially for cookies and the like could not handle more than a bit of each cookie each. Seriously, think about it...how bad do your cookies have to be if you cannot get a four and a seven year old to eat a cookie. I thought they had to be just complaining for complaining’s sake, since they were so strongly protesting taking a second bit. NO...they were right. My wife and I tried them too, but could get no further in our efforts to muscle through them. If I want to spend five dollars for crappy cookie then I can go to a grocery store and buy a couple of boxes of generic ones. If the owners of this place are able to allow such awful cookies out of their door then I question their judgment on the other items they are selling and it makes very skeptical of ever going back to try anything else. The picture is of the remaining cookies before they made their way to the trash. This is all two kids and two adults were able to stomach.

Im not quite sure why people are complaining about the prices. Ive been to many bagel joints around Reston, Tysons, Fairfax, etc. and the prices are all pretty much the same. Someone said they paid $17 for breakfast here?...for THREE people..and called it unreasonable. Thats $5 a person plus tax. Thats about the norm, especially if you get a water/juice/etc. Einstein down the street is basically the same. Dont see how this is considered poor pricing, unless you got stuck paying the whole bill for your colleagues! Anyways, good bagels and good bagel sandwiches. I normally go for the breakfast sandwiches. You cant really go wrong with this place. Ignore the reviewers complaining about price, this place is not overpriced. They have their menu online with all of their prices as well so you can take a look.

I was so excited about this place because it seemed like a popular place . Well it turned out to be the worst experience ever. After a short wait, I picked up my food and proceed to walk to my car. Then I realized I was missing one of my bagels, so I went back. They tried to convince me they gave me all my food. So I guess because Im african american an walked out the door I hide it. The gentleman and the young lady that were handling my food took the bag in the back and came back and said, it was all there, laughing with no apology. It was so surprising because as I was waiting in line one of the gentleman behind the counter was just talk about someone who had left a bad review. Now I see why.

Great bagel shop. We stop for a first visit today. The place was packed but were able to get a table. We both got sandwiches. My order was not correct and when I asked for a correction I was not impressed with the process. Sent from one person to another. But then the cashier who waited on me came out from behind the counter to find out what happened. She took over and apologized. She had a new order made and it was quick and perfect. I was extremely happy and would go back despite the initial incident. The sandwiches were awesome and the bagels were obviously fresh and hand made. We also got a bear claw that was hard to share it was that good. Highly recommend this place.

One of the best places to eat in Herndon! Its a must to come visit even if your not from the Reston/Herndon area - I have friends who drive all the way from Arlington. This is truly the only place to find genuine style NY bagels... their cream cheese is always made fresh and there are almost too many different types. No matter how busy this place gets (and I go typically on Saturday mornings, which are very busy) the staff never forget about customer service! I have been a repeat customer for about a year now and will continue to go - not to mention, there drip coffee is REALLY good!

I wasnt wowed by this place. Maybe it was what I got, idk. But I will say the best thing I had was the bagel! Hands down the softest bagel Ive ever had. Toasted or non-toasted. Everything else was meh. The hot chocolate for sure was the WORST. It was just water and coco mix. For the price I should get real milk... Obviously people love the place because it was soo packed me and my family were sitting outside. If Im ever in the area again, then I may give it another shot, but only for the bagels...

My husband and I go here just about every weekend - they have the best bagel sandwiches! BLT for the win :D The staff is very friendly, but you have to make sure you get there early if you want a table - the seating is limited. Their coffee is excellent and unlimited too. Its always a welcome treat to go here - a big locals hangout :D It is always packed on the weekends when we go. I usually go snag a table while my husband waits in line ;) Just an all around great place :)

Ok; today was my first time eating from this place. I have to say that for the $ 17.00 that I paid for a breakfast it was not good at all. Three of us from the office ordered from here and the pricing was rediculous. My husband is a well known executive chef in the NOVA/DC area and I really do not mind paying the money for great food, even good food but this place was expensive and not good at all.

Addictive! Outstanding Nova and cream cheese, love their BLT on sourdough or roast beef on garlic. Havent delved intimately their specialty cream cheeses but if youre into them, youll be happy, I think! Good service, usually. For this place, who cares if the service is superb? I just want their food and Im gone! good value with side salad and half pickle sandwich accompaniments.

Wonderful place for breakfast. Hours are great they open real early at 6.30 am even on a Sunday! Bagels are made fresh daily and cream cheese is store made as well. My favorite is the veggie cream cheese, made with real chunks of veggie! Also the honey wheat bagel is a star choice too. They have coffee and store made cookies. Only wish they made asiago cheese bagels :(

OMG! Thats just a start. Fresh bagels every morning: Check. Fresh on-site made cream cheese: Check. Bagels the size of a frisbee: Check. My favorite: Sesame bagel with Jalepeno Bacon Cheddar cream cheese. Nothing like a zinger jalepeno in the morning to get you going. $5 gets you bagel, CC and coffee. Only drawback: Can get a little cramped

Bagel Café supplies suburban Herndon with a little, small town feel café. every time I go there i am always invited in with a warm welcome. it is nice to see that everyone who works there knows all their customers pretty well as they talk to each other as if they have been friends for forever. all in all, a great café representing Herndon.
