I love the food at B-Dubs. Its great (for what you would expect from a Sports Bar style place). Whats not so great is the length of time it takes to get said food. I dont know how they run the kitchen, but every single Buffalo Wild Wings Ive been too takes 20 minutes + to get food out the door. Its the same at the BW3s in Gainesville and Harrisonburg, so its probably a decision made concerning number of kitchen staff or the method of cooking, or something like that. The serving staff is also frequently inattentive and missing from the dining room. Maybe they have to cook the food. The funny thing is even with the absentee servers and the long wait times for food, I still come back here. When you have a craving for delicious bar food, its about the only game in town.

I work at local place here in Culpeper and also work in the customer service field. After recently visiting the Buffalo Wild Wings here in Culpeper, I would have to say that im very unsatisfied with the service we received. I find it hard to believe that it takes over 45 minutes to get wings. Which once they came out they where wrong and cold. I was told that $5 bucks would be taken off my meal which thats not the point, the visit used up my whole lunch hour and then I didnt even get to eat because the food we wrong and cold. This is not the first time weve had poor service at this location, which I wanted to give them another try with my fellow co-workers. Needless to say I will not be back.

Worst bdubs I have EVER been to. Service is terrible, they will completely ignore you when you try to order something, and then cop an attitude with you because you are ordering. It took over an hour just to get ONE drink. And its not like they were busy--the servers and bartenders were literally standing in a crcle around the bar talking and ignoring their customers. The servers are EXTREMELY rude and will take their anger out on you. One server came out to the patio and started yelling and cussed out everyone in bdubs because someone didnt tip her and told everyone to get the f*** out. Needless to say I will never go back there again, and especially not for another birthday.

Arrived with my Army Company this afternoon. It took us 30 minutes just to get water. Almost 30 of us never had our order taken after over 1hr 45 mins.. and we walked out and ate next door. It took an additional 20-30 minutes before the other soldiers had their orders taken. I’m a huge fan of B-Dubs, but this location is GARBAGE!! They lost ALOT of business today. Want to get excellent food, and FAST!?! Go next door to Jersey Mike’s

This BWWs is great for the Jersey Mikes next door. Waited for an hour to get my food. Some of our group left to eat next door and were done long before the rest of us. The room was probably half full and the waitress refused to take food orders until she was "done" with the rooms drinks. Horrible service, she is the reason we need to keep tips in the service industry.

Food was typical Buffalo wild wings food nothing amazing but tastes good wasnt a fan of our appetizers but thats just me, otherwise the place was short staffed one girl was working the bar and bar section and was running like crazy, she did a great job just didnt have time to really be attentive to each table because there were so many, I will go back

This BWW cares little about its customers. Wait staff made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Members of our party would order food by phone, and it would be ready before ours was. Patrons arriving after us received their food first. Wait staff purposefully delayed service. Jersey Mikes next door was a much better customer experience.

Atrocious service, when one person I was with asked if he can order his food the waitress replied with "were not taking food orders at the moment". After that remark half the people that came into the BWWs went next door to Jersey Mikes and received their food way faster. Staff was short and werent responsive.

Was there on a recent Friday night and the place was very busy. We were seated right away and service was great. My wife had a problem with her food and the manager came over and took care of the problem immediately. Service has definitely improved from previous visits.

Bartender, Jada is tops. Outdoor screens and small town traffic. Destination for limited choices. By the way, wings cooked as requested. See kids indoors looking satisfied during happy hour. Win win.Happy spring. Competent and friendly staff.
