Walked in just now to order a pizza at the counter. Apparently getting a new customer at the counter to order ther namesake is just not on their list of things to be excited about. I am 41 years old, but was treated like i am the same age as their probably 25 year old working the counter..... mumbling his questions to me, forcing me to have to say....huh? What? Mumbling as if hes not happy i am interrupting his task of folding boxes and getting them ready for....new orders? Nothing like being rushed to be done with your order after every word you say..."Is there anything else?"...."is there anything else?". One would think that the averagly educated pwrson would be able to somewhat ascertain through voice inflection, especially if you hear orders all day, when an order might be completed. Because otherwise, it comes off as rushy, impatient and rude. Once the order was completed, he went back to his conversation with his coworjer about someone taking a selfie in the backseat of whereever and with whoever....who cares....I still needed to know how long to expect to wait there outside. So i am forced to interrupt again. "Excuse me, so....shoukd i expect like maybe 10 minutes? 15 minutes?" "Yeah yeah, 10 minutes." My god. What happened to Ledo Pizza over here in Arlington. Qhat a qaste of its already crappy building space.

While the pizza was alright, I didnt like the taste of the sausage in my calzone, and their mozzarella sticks were cold and hard when I got them instead of being hot, gooey and cheesy. I decided to give them one star because their online system I guess glitched when I submitted my order and the $5 off coupon I had applied to my order mysteriously disappeared, even though I easily met the conditions of the coupon ($25+ order) and it showed "-$5.00" before I submitted the order. I called the location and explained my situation, and the manager said they couldnt do anything about it, which I know is false having been a waiter in the past. The manager didnt seem to care at all, and seemed to want to get off of the phone as fast as he possibly could. Having worked in the restaurant business, I know that customer service is one of the most important parts of making a successful business, and it seems like the manager didnt care one bit about the customer. Will never order from here again based on the poor treatment I received as a customer.

Ordered 1 large pizza for carry out. They gave us the wrong pizza with correct receipt. Got home and Called, Manager said hed been "blowing up my phone", although no missed calls, and said ours just came out the oven. Then he offered to deliverer it personally. Fine, we live less than 5 miles away. 40 minutes later, still no pizza. We called and they said they could give us 20%. Uhmmm no, we never got the pizza we ordered and now its been 90 minutes since we ordered. He said "we cannot give refunds". Wtf! is that. A holes. Pizza is great, place and management are douchebags.

Im not kidding. I have eaten pizza all over the country - all over the world for that matter. NY, Chicago, etc. there are some good joints in those cities, but Ledos is the best. I used to love this special joint in Chicago, but Ledos has officially taken over. The restaurant is nothing fancy, just a small cozy place, our wait staff has always been great (tons better in recent months too). Appetizers are really good, and pizzas are really cheap. Medium is plenty for two, will have leftovers. The Pep/Sausage pizza is the best...so good and greasy, youll love it!

Horrible Service. I tried to place an order over the telephone and the MANAGER was unbelievable not helpful. I tried to tell him my location and let him know where to deliver. He acted confused and said they can only deliver in certain locations. I told him that Im right at that location and he acted as if he didnt believe me. I will never order or go near this restaurant. I will let all of my coworkers know not to go near this restaurant. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

They have a place to dine in. stepped out the car with my wife and kids, entered and we all sat down. waited 12 minutes and nobody even noticed we were there then decided to check what was the matter?! the guy next door asked me: are you here to order? we are super busy and cant serve you and who opened the door for you? my advice: dont take your kids anywhere with no one to greet you especially ledo pizza

Went for dine in service. Walked in and waited about 3 minutes before someone appeared. The guy looks around and says are you eating in?? (Hmmmm..should have been my cue to leave). I ended up having lunch. Food was fine. Service was terrible. AND all the while, very offensive and loud music was playing!! Wow... Ok... Great food, but you should REALLY consider going to another location.

Apparently the guy on the phone had a long day thats why he is giving poor service also they dropped the call twice and the pizza looked like it was burnt and smelled of weed yea thats the last time we order from I rather go to the other ledos just so that I could get a weed free pizza

One of the best, unique pizzas around! Very delicous sauce, and I love the square pizzas. The prices are a little higher than other pizzas, but you def see the quality. The customer service isnt insanely impressive, but they get the job done. I always enjoy ledos, good stuff!

Terrible service. Our waitress was awful...instead of taking care of us at the table, she decided to serve customers in the buffet line. Dont be fooled by "jumbo" wings. You will be disappointed. Only good thing was that the pizza was ok. Never visiting this location again.

I ordered delivery from Ledo Pizza only once. The pizza was mediocre at best -- really nothing special. Nothing that would make me want to order it again. Their mozzarella sticks were decent, so I would give those a second chance, but overall I wasnt terribly impressed.

Great great pizza. They are franchise, but I would consider them one of the best pizza places in the world. They just have a great crispy crust and sweet sauce. This location is quick, friendly, and always on time. Highly recommended.

We love this pizza place! You can dine in or order to go. Food is great, pizza selection surprises, appetizers are really good (especially barbeque chicken wings), promotions will save you some money ;) definitely a place to go.
