Long wait, less than stellar service, Ok food. Food probably would have been delicious had the overall experience been more enjoyable. I had to return the beer because it was 1 third foam. Ordered medium rare steaks that came in well done 2nd time around we got one medium rare on well done. The manager Dee was very nice and ended up comping the steak and giving me a free piece of delicious prime rib. The broccoli was over cooked. I would not recommend but I would give them a second chance. Everybody deserves one.

The food was excellent. However, the floor felt quite greasy under my shoes, two tables away there was a good sized water spill next to an empty table, and the restroom? Bus station. The handicapped toilet was unflushed and clogged, and an older gentleman needed to use it. The urinal area smelled of urine. And there was almost nobody at the restaraunt on a Sunday afternoon, 8/6/17, so these things should have been easily addressed.

Have given this establishment many chances. Every time they get the same exact orders wrong . Not once not twice not just 3 time. Last time my whole order everything was wrong no bacon on cheese fries cold food over cooked steak. Gave us our meal on them but couldnt remake it due to the time. Im here now with their 20 dollar comp card and giesz what. Same problem. great job outback very consistent at getting orders wrong.

Long wait to be seated even though I put my name on the call-ahead list an hour prior to arriving. Server was a bit slow and not very attentive, food was slow to come out, server forgot to bring the soup to one of our party members. My food was good but my wife got quesadillas that were soggy and barely had anything in them. I dont foresee going back to this location anytime soon if ever.

i give a place 2 chances. The food is okay but what it amounts to is very overpriced pub food. the staff was polite but very slow especially considering how many were there. one of the times i was told i had to wait 20 minutes, when i questioned about the numerous open tables i was told that section was not open, for whatever the reason thats poor considering how many staff were there

The worst restaurant ever. The last time I had Outback was like 6 years ago, and I have decided to give this place another chance. The steak I ordered was like a giant slab of salty brick. Awful. The onion ring tower thing was good, but it was like 3000 calories per bite. I will never eat at any Outback ever again. Restaurant like this should go out of business a long time ago.

I dont know what has happened to Outback, but the last few times Ive been there very disappointed. The steaks are just not good! I do order the sirloin (the least expensive) but before they were juicy and tender, now they are tough and dry. Not great for a steak house. Less fries on the plate also, but this is probably because of the fact that they have to post calories.

Every time we have been here - without exception - the service and the food have been outstanding. Any changes we have asked for have always been "no problem," the food and drinks have always been exactly as requested, and the servers have been polite and friendly without being overbearing. This is always our "go to" restaurant when we are in Burlington!

Long wait times combined with a lackluster atmosphere. Not an ideal spot for a date night or with the kids in my opinion. The wait times can be extremely long depending on the time of day (45 min for an appetizer at 4pm?) and the atmosphere is a bit dark. There are a number of other great spots in the area that provide a much better experience.

Just grabbed early dinner while we were in town running errands and was so pleased with our experience! We live two hours away and go into Burlington about every other week for shopping, doctors appointments and such, it was great to stop in here and grab a nice meal. Service was absolutely amazing, and the food was perfect! Very happy!

It was very average. The prime rib is the only reason to stop at Outback. Alas, it was to early. Ribeye was very greasy and very average for price. Fries are fries. Only upgrading to the wedge lettuce salad was the good point. Service good..but goods average. Back for Prime Rib. But other places locally do far superior steaks. Thank you.

Of all the outbacks I’ve been to in the north east this is by far the best one. The manager was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The staff was also very nice and respectful. Food was fantastic, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I would suggest this to anyone who wants a good outback experience!

Very disappointed! Online ordering was a good experience however both our steaks were grossly overcooked, the chopped salad was not chopped and the shrimp was dry. Wished I had re as d reviews prior to ordering. Have eaten in many Outback but have never been served good this poorly prepared.

DO NOT ENTER!!!! This place was absulutly discusting the food tasted like propane and steak was as hard as a hockey puck. My table was the 10th table to have there bill comped. Wait staff has no clue what they are doing. I highly recommend never going to this outback ITS VERY VERY BAD!!!!!

Terrible...finally after waiting for almost an hour for our food it came out wrong...we couldnt wait any longer and left...pretty sad when a steakhouse cant cook a steak correctly!

Everyone loves Outback. Friendly wait staff, lots of peanuts to snack on, great buttered rolls and excellent meals. A little loud but to be expected for the atmosphere.

Its a chain people. Seriously, dont expect it to be the level of a local restaurant. Its good average food and service. Nothing special, like Applebees, 99, etc.
