Food was good. Service by bartenders was horrible. Its a job, not a social event for you and your friends. Thats all the girls did was converse with their friends and coworkers who got off work and stayed at bar. I thought Fridays had a policy against that. Doubt the manager would enforce it. Manager was a blonde female who walked away from bar when offered a shot a customer bought for the bartenders so she didnt see the bartender take the shot, customer was also a friend. Three shots werent enough so the bartender made another two shots after manager walked away. They were on there phones texting all night instead of taking care of bar area and customers. Bar area really needs cameras. At one point the guy that bought the shots walked to the bathroom, handed the brunette bartender some cash, then the brunette handed that cash to the brunette with red streaks in her hair in which she put the cash in her back pocket. She then went to register and cleared out his tab of food and drinks. Never brought him a bill or receipt. No cameras. There were also tables that were dirty, dishes left on tables for over an hour. Just sad. Serious retraining needed and new employees.

Riverhead N.Y. restaurant. Was terrible. Group iof customers at bar speaking loudly using the "N" word, repeatedly, while 2 black couples were dining in booths right across from bar area where the group of white guys were. Blonde Barmaid & manager made no effort to stop the language at all...I spoke up and asked them to stop using that language, almost resulting in a physical altercation. By the way, I am white also. I had never seen such disrespectful, foul, language being tolerated in a public restaurant before or since. The places ambiance/atmosphere has changed since the allowance of the DJ music, different clientele and attitudes. Wont be going back. Applebees just down the road. Much nicer atmosphere and people.

Weve been to this TGIF and others in the past. The current lunch menu offers more drinks than food. I thought in the past that the menu included a section for lighter fare. My chicken was dry, Cole slaw looked old, husbands ribs were tough - not cooked for hours like they should be. His fries were not up to par. His Margarita was very good, he said. Service was also very good. But thats $50 that we wont get back. The place is under renovation. Wait until they finish - maybe things will return to normal...

Very ashamed of myself for spending the $19 on 2 sliders and chicken wings. The burgers tasted good enough, but they werent even warm. The buffalo wings were worse. Hard and cold, they were evidently frozen and re-heated. No exaggeration, there are frozen wings that blow these away. Very overpriced for crap food. Plus they didnt supply napkins and the ranch dressing container wasnt sealed with care as I found it blanketing the wings as I opened the container.

I was here last night. The waitress didnt check in us to refill our drinks. Everytime she bring us food she just drop it on the table and run away from us. Didnt ask if we needed anything alse or if everything was ok. Something was wrong with all the food because we all got sick the next day. I woke up and returned throw up everything I had last night. Sorry. I like the food but I will never come back to any of your locations.

The wait was extremely long and the staff was incredibly lazy terrible experience would never go again food was subpar and it took about 45 minutes to get our bill even though there was a lot of staff and no customers this was completely unreasonable and I would expect them to pay me to go back there I would never go back again

Prices and service are good. Its Not the cleanest place by a long stretch! Floor was disgustingly filthy., didnt look like it was ever cleaned. Tables and seats were also filthy. I hate to see the kitchen , probably would have puked. Thank God I didnt get sick eating here. Wont be Back !!!!!

The bathrooms we disgusting there was silverware on the floor in that bathroom ..the bar smelled like it was puked in . my husband ordered steak fries and they werent even cooked .. Ive been to bars in mastic that were clearner than this place .. The service sucked . !! Never again !!

The service at the bar was horrible. ..I was waiting there for the bartender girls to stop chatting with each other for a good 15 minutes and my plates were there for the same amount and it sucked. ..bartenders girls had no idea about their beers food wasnt even warm

Eat here often normally good.this trip no so much. Tuesday dinner at 5pm.they were out of flavored tea and steak.we had to settle for other choices. Couldnt understand why they were out of items that time of week or day. Will still dine there tho.

Fridays is typical Applebees, Boulder Creek type of foods. Only thing good about Fridays is the vast array of drinks but bring plenty of cash because the drinks taste great and youll want to keep hanging with the fun folks that hang out there.

I personally think that the macorini and cheese burger was not up to to standards. It apeared to look like a chicken patty according to my collegues. I recomend not frying the mac and cheese and the burger would be delicious

worst food I ever had at a Fridays ...fries cold and stale as if they were made hours ago...Bar is filthy.. definitely had higher expectations..wish i had pulled over to the McDonalds up the road instead.

Great atmosphere great apps. Awesome margaritas and the service by my waitress Kaylyn was on point above and beyond she goes and i highly recommend u to request her you wont regret it.

Terrible food. Wasnt even hot and the waitress wasnt around to take orders or help find food. Dont recommend to anyone that eats hot food. Go there if you want frozen chicken.
