Betos is my favorite mexican food joint, but for the past 4 times I have been there they have MESSED UP my order. I ask for a potatoe egg and cheese breakfast burrito and they gave me a bean and cheese? Once they didnt even give me my second burrito and it goes on. The cashiers are not professional at all either. My boyfriend and I had to wait for the cashier to get off her cell phone to take our order. PLUS another time the cashier was talking on her cell phone and she just told whoever she was talking to to "hold on" she put the phone from her ear and took our orders... how professional right? If you want to go to Betos, go to the one in Lehi or Provo. The one in Orem is VERY unclean and not so professional. :)

I have ordered from this location several times over the last few weeks, but never again. No constancy. They dont care when they make a mistake. I always order the same thing, smothered ranchero burrito combo. Once I got fries instead of rice and beans. (fries? at a Mexican restaurant? really? I can understand having it as an option, but as the default choice if you dont specify? HELLO) Once it came wrapped, not smothered. Once it was correct (thats a track record of 25% guys) and once the combo meal came with just the burrito. I call and they give me a song and dance, then say I can drive back to have it corrected. Im done with this location, and would urge others to think twice as well.

Let me start by saying I love Betos and I probably go twice a week. But the last 3 times I have gone they have gotten my order wrong. Now Im upset and I need to say something. I am allergic to avocado and so when I order I always order things without avocado and yet when i get home there is always avocado on the dish which I cant eat. To this point Betos has stolen 15 dollars from me since I have paid 3 separate times and had my food ruined. I dont think I can ever return to Betos. And I cant even send them a email because their contact us is broken on their webpage.

Food was pretty decent, Id say about a 7.5 out of 10, it for sure will fill you up. Large portions which means you can split it with another person, so pretty good deal money wise. The only bad thing is the customer service, the cashier was very bland and looked like she really did not want to be there. No eye contact and did not acknowledge your presence. Besides that a nice quick inexpensive meal for a couple and if thats all you care about then this place is for you.

Ill start by saying that the portions here are epic in scale. And for the price its pretty crazy. However, this is not the best Mexican food you will ever have. Its not horrible but not great. I have also learned that those with, shall we say weaker constitutions, are going to pay for this later on. That seems to be worth it to some like my co-worker who continually goes back here. They can be a bit slow service wise.

Pretty good food and the service is good depending on who is there late at night Ive had a bad experience or two but the price offsets the forgetfulness of the napkin attendee so ya im going back down for the asada plate this week.. ALWAYS TIP HERE THEY WILL REMEMBER U IF YOU DO AND YOU SHALL BE EXALTED AMONG THE CLIENTALE AND GIVEN UNTO THEE SHALL BE THE BOUNTY OF NAPKINS.. amen

The place is alright. Could use a renovation in my opinion. As for the food, I should’ve ordered something other than a cheese enchilada, because it’s literally a tortilla, cheese sauce, and lettuce. It wasn’t filling, and it was a lot of cheese. I just thought there would be beans inside too.. so I’d go give it another shot for another menu item, but not for a while.

I have a love hate relationship with this betos. When I stick to the burritos its great, but trying to order anything else its a little disappointing. Sometimes its a little tricky trying to order through the drive through because the intercom is old. I do feel like they have the best burritos however, so the pros out weigh the cons in my book.

Ordered 66 breakfast burritos the night before I needed them and it was no problem for them. Open all night! I had to call 3 times though... Calling in can be some trouble because the phone line might also be connected to their internet sometimes...I dont know why else the tones would come up instead of someone answering the phone.

Where else are you going to go when you need a lot of food and the perfect amount of grease to polish it down with. Betos may not have all the best flavors the world has to offer, but it will fill you up for two meals. Not the highest of praise, but it doesnt try to be more than it is.

Betos is the kind of place you go to when your starving and want QUANTITY, not Quality. I still think their burritos are quality, but that really depends on the day. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are not. But they are a great price and so I cant really argue with that.

Betos is great when they get my order right. Unfortunately, this location can only do that around 2/3s the time. I go through the drivethru, so I dont find out my orders wrong until Im too far away to warrant coming back. Check your order before you leave the parking lot.

THE WORST!!!! I went through the drive through at my sons request. The enchiladas were tasteless & cold. The tacos were equally gross. I can see why they hide everything under shredded lettuce and old shredded cheese. Ill never waste my money there again.

Best Breakfast Burritos in Utah!!! My son loves this place ... The jalapeño carrots are excellent ... Dont mind the negative comments because there are too many Utah County Gringos that dont know good Mexican food (they need to stay eating at Taco Time)

Ive only had one bad experience here. But out of 100+ times I think thats pretty good. Edit: 11/26/16 still best restaurant of its type. Hard to say if Lindon rancheritos is better or not. Come here over center Street rancheritos

This is a really basic Mexican restaurant. The food is okay, but not awesome. The service is pretty slow, but there arent ever very many customers, so its not too bad. Ive eaten here a few times, and other places are much better.

Tried this location 3 times.. Got sick every time which is not normal for me. I always get a Texano and this location has put bones in 2 of the burritos and rancid chicken in the 3rd. I like betos but not this location.

Plenty of food for the price and is so yummy! I cant wait to try everything. So far their breakfast burritos are superb. All the salsas are good too, especially the creamy green--it has the perfect kick to it.

The food used to be decent. Now, two times Ive come at night and had burritos full of straight-up BURNED food. No care is taken anymore for quality whatsoever, and the new attendant / cook is pretty rude.
