Weve been going to this location for almost 3 years and until recently had wonderful service. We usually send in our order online and pick up on our way home from work. Lately our orders have been often incorrect. Examples: -recieved chicken instead of carnitas -in a bite of my guacamole there was the produce sticker from the avocado in it -ordered a bottled juice only to reach home and find it wasnt in the bag -placed online order, arrived at pick up time to be told told the order had been canceled by the online system and had to pay again. Unclear if we will be charged twice as no message was received on our end of any cancelation or payment return but cashier said we would not be charged twice. We hope not but this is very unusual. The staff is always very helpful and courteous but so many constant errors have made us now go to another location.

If there were a way to give them a quarter of a star i would. This was my first and last experience at this particular location. Im sorry but running out of tortillias for burritos? Really? Also the crew was not very nice to the upset customers coming in finding out that they could not get a burrito. I was forced to get hot sauce instead of any other salsas black beans instead of pinto and almost did not get sour cream. It was an hour and 15 minutes before close. I could understand running out of those items maybe 20 to 15 minuted before the doors close for the night. Its really sad because this location is right down the street from where i live. So i am just gonna drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a store that is not going to be lacking any items from the offerings.

I love this place! The carnitas is always on point...although the black beans are sometimes a little chalky(...its not a deal breaker for me) but Its always a good burrito! zesty rice and fresh salsa...mmmm! The employees are great too; theres one who actually remembers us every time! Its a good spot. check it out if you havent already!!! (by the way its kind of hard to spot, its got its back to the street...if you dont see it off the bat just turn in where you see the Kohls...its right next to the circle K!)

Staff was fast, food was decent. My complaint is the restaurant was dirty (yes midday rush but still), and when we asked the girl for double meat the burrito was the same size as other locations regular sized burrito. When I asked the girl to put on just a little more meat she gave me a look and literally put on 3 more pieces. Service and portions could be better in my opinion. We go to Chipotle fairly often and in the future Ill drive out of my way to go to a different location.

These guys are the best. This is the best chipotle in town. Theres one on alma school close to the 60, which is waaaay closer to my place, but I still drive the extra distance(every time) because these guys are more friendly, the foods better, everything about this chipotle is fantastic, Ive been going here for like 2 years now, I love this chipotle!!!

Im a regular and I bring my friends here every week. Love the staff and the efficiency. Im regular and my meal is regular so they already know when I walk in what I will order. The staff is very friendly and the cashier who lighten the whole place is Haley. She is very polite, friendly employee with the customers.

Since this particular chipotle has been open, there has been this really really really annoying back door they have that never shuts. it constantly opens and closes by its self by the wind, and 4 plus years later it still hasnt been fixed... thats why i give this chipotle one star.

The best Chipotle with the friendliest staff. Always are quick to make up for any inconveniences and always have a clean store. The line is normally out the door but it always goes by really fast. You can tell these people really care about their customer service.

Probably the nicest manager I have ever met works here. They were pretty busy so the manager asked if I wanted a drinks while I waited. Just seems like a swell guy as did everyone else! Best chipotle out there that I have been to.

When theyre busy they just throw everything in as fast as possible, so it doesnt mix well together. You get bites of just one ingredient that way. Everything should be spread evenly. Stapley and Baseline location
