Got some gift cards from work so I decided to use them here. Pretty disappointing for Sizzler so thats saying something. None of the tables in our vicinity were bussed for the hour we were fortunate enough to waste here. We waited for about 30 minutes before our entrees showed up. I debated grabbing some food off a nearby table that looked like it hadnt been cleaned since lunch service. (Its 9pm as Im writing this) Once the steaks and chicken did arrive, it seemed to have been sitting in the window for 15 minutes. I ordered fries that had cheese and bacon on them, but the cheese wasnt melted and the fries were cold. Couldnt even get more than one piece of toast, when we asked for another one due to the long wait, we were given rolls and the waiter told us it was because he liked them better. Thanks dude, I dont care what you like. Wont be coming again.

Hit and miss. The last time we went in I ordered the salad bar. After I finished ordering my father in law asked if they had the steak and salad bar special. She said they do. It was like 3 bucks cheaper. I asked if I could change my order to that, or even just add the steak to mine and not get the 3 dollar refund and the worker acted very put out..... The salad bar was good, the steak was ok, my wife had a chicken sandwich and it was very much overdone. Like jerky... The buns on her sandwich and on our sons burger were as hard as a rock. Not exaggerating. Lets be honest though.... The kind of people that will go to sizzler wont really care what I think.

I can not believe I paid 40$ for a meal for me and my son. I never had such a horrible meal in my life before. The salad had nothing of quality. It looks they were about to run out of nacho cheese, so it seemed they mixed with water or something. It was very liquid and had no taste. The salads were made with the most cheap stuff you can think off. But the worst was the steak I ordered. The plate was full of oil and the meat tasted like they have not washed the grill in weeks. A place like this should not be in business. And like typical in Bountiful UT, they had young kids without manners and service skills as servers,

Sorry to say, but there didnt seem to be a bus person for the tables, as the majority of the empty tables were dirty and covered with dishes. We counted 8 tables that had customers seated and eating while our party of 8 were there. Three of our steaks were over cooked. The chicken was over cooked also. The service was slow considering the low volume of customers. The salmon was excellent. This was very discouraging as this has been the appearance of this business the last 2 times we have been there. We may be looking for another establishment the next time the family gets together.

we were there for lunch today (4/1/15) and had good food and outstanding service! The salad bar was well stocked, the steaks we ordered were prepared quickly and were at the correct temperatures (my daughter normally has to send hers back at least once as they dont cook it well done the way she likes). So we were EXTREMELY pleased about that :) Clint, our server was very attentive and helpful. Construction at the interstate makes it a little difficult to get into the restaurant, but it was worth making the attempt. Thank you to everyone involved for making our visit great!

I will start off by saying how wonderful the waiter was, she did an excellent job, but our food was forgotten (45 minutes of waiting), and the buffet bar plates had hardened on food stuck to them. The food was delicious once it was brought to us, and the waiter promised us that the manager was going to talk to us about it and bring us something. After a while we just left because the manager never came. Ill even say I liked the cashier, but this is not my first pick to eat out at anymore, just too much confusion, and the dirty plate.

Not too busy, the steaks were tiny enough for my 1 year old and the salad bar is not much more than salad and taco stuff anymore. It used to have tons of different things. The soft serve ice cream machine had nothing in it and they had plain vanilla ice cream in a tub with a scoops and tough luck if you wanted chocolate. We had reservations for a large party of more than 20 people several days in advance and they were still way under staffed. Wont be going back anytime soon.

Steaks were extremely small. One of the kids got a kids steak and it was as big as there adult steaks out together. Cheese toast is super priced. Great strawberry lemonade. Was looking forward to the chicken wings they use to have on the salad bar but they didnt have them anymore. I instead they had some nasty chicken fingers. The ice cream machine wasnt working. They had tubs of vanilla ice cream with sticky scoops. Handels on toppings were all sticky. Pretty pricey.

I visited with friends for dinner on a weeknight. Service: Friendly, prompt, accurate. Product: The "Steak and all you can eat shrimp" was good, though the server made no effort to ask or replenish the shrimp. I always appreciate bottomless drinks as well. Store: Clean, orderly. Restroom: Moderately clean, stocked. *disclaimer: A store doing everything right earns four stars. A fifth is reserved for circumstances above and beyond the norm.

When we were kids sizzler was pretty nice but it has gone WAY down hill. The salad bar has very few choices, the bathrooms are gross, the servers are rude, parking is terrible, the line takes forever, the food lookes like poop and smells funny, its so dark I cant see my hand in front of my face, and lastly its soooo insanitary I almot pucked. I am NEVER wasting my money on that craphole again. Intirely disappionted.

How is this place still in business? Overpriced and I had to send my signature steak back to the kitchen twice for the right temperature. The waitress must have been embarrassed because she stopped coming around. I keep going back after a year or so thinking things change and they never do. Take your money down the street to Texas Roadhouse for a better steak and better service.

Very poor service and the food was all over cooked. We tried to let them know, but our waitress was no where to be found once our food was dropped off. Requested refills went ignored and most of our food was left at the table because it was horrible. Tried contacting the management through official Sizzler channels and never got a reply from our local store.

The waitress wouldnt leave us a lone so we could eat. Our bill was over $50. for 3 of us. The shrimp was Walmart quality, the salad bar always looks like its been sitting there all day and our stakes were dry. And, I was charged $1.69 for shredded cheese on my potato and ended up getting it myself from the salad bar. Next time I will go to Chuck-a-Rama.

Took almost thirty minutes to get food. Got the fish, clams, and shrimp. Fish was tough and batter coating was burnt. I use to work at a Long John Silvers when I was in high school so I know when its not done right. Place was understaffed for a Friday night as we rarely saw our waitress. Not worth the money.
