Went for Happy hour and some chicken chicken wings, went to bathroom and a one inch COCKROACH was next to my food, it was so disgusting, I killed it w my beer bottle and the waiter came over and said they would help out w my bill I was like uh yeah Im not finishing my food they came back w my bill and took $4 off of a $40 tab , I was insulted so bad, the waiter said the manager ANGELA is the one who handled the $4 discount I said discount for a roach on my food area like that in which I had to kill!??? Let alone this isnt the first time Ive seen a roach in there, Ive seen many baby cockroaches in there and thats why I ONLY order bottled beers and fried chicken wings. My friend went and spoke to the owner who cleared the tab and proceeded to say we were no longer welcome there , I said we dont want to come back but that IS NOT how you handle customer service, oh and the bathroom always has sewege leaking up from the floor drain and the cook goes in and mops it and then they dont wash hands and go handle food w no gloves, absurd how they are in business and how in the hell does the manager ANGELA the very large women behind the bar w a very unfriendly attitude how can they allow her to manage w such horrible handling of people. The other servers were very apologetic and all every one of them said the Angela manager needs to be fired, its a disgusting establishment, you were warned!!

Im only giving 1 start because I cant give 0. The waitress was pleasant and extremely helpful, but not dressed appropriately. The Food was inedible. We ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and a Steak&Fries. The sandwich was bland, the cottage cheese tasted rancid, and the fries were way overdone. We ordered the steak medium rare, and it came well done, tough, and smothered in pepper (no other flavor at all). When we sent it back, the replacement was Raw inside, and grey. We did not feel safe eating it. The manager compd the steak (but not the fries!) and we were not thrilled but then it got worse. As we were towards the end of the (spectacularly disappointing) meal, a live baby roach ran across my fiances plate. This is unacceptable and I will be reporting this place to the AZ Department of Health

Very Disappointed!! Went in to Wagon Yard on a Sunday evening. Only 2 other tables were occupied. This place will not be known for its atmosphere. It is a place to get a super value. I ordered nachos and my friend had the chicken sandwich. My nachos were cold and the meat had no seasoning at all. Anyone can cook ground beef but add something to it with flavor. My friend enjoyed his chicken sandwich but his fries were cold. Service was fine and I did not complain nor was I asked how the meal was. I knew this was going to be a 1 time deal. We had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free for our entrees. So we got what we paid for. On a positive note if you want to go to this place for cheap drinks and beer then you will get a bargain. I will not be returning. Just not my kind of place..

We went today Aug. 14, 2017 because we heard about the appetizers...deep fried mushrooms and the deep fried zuccinni were a MUST to try. Was not expecting such generous portions and they were delicious. We also ordered 6 hot wings ...(hot flavor) they were more on the mild side but good. We received good service although waitress did not tell us her name. We enjoyed the band and dancing last Friday & Saturday evenings. The band is excellent and crowd friendly. They actually came to our table and introduced themselves. We met several "regulars" that are very friendly....we will continue to go back and become " Wagon Yard regulars ourselves. A very fun place ...good food...and friendly atmosphere.

We been here before; and the food and the service is always been excellent, today 5/27/17; we decided to call and order to go. The girl answering the phone was totally of base, really rude. We asked what type of sauces were available and she said hot and bbq hot and some other ones in a very disrespectful tone. We write this review for the owners of the establishment, so this can be corrected, we been coming here and always find a smile with great food. The heavy set girl with dyed hair is the good that provided this less than desireable service. Thank you, hope this helps customers as well.

We were looking for a good home town place with good country music to either listen to or dance to. We found it. Our 1st time was last Friday evening and again last night Aug 4, 2017. We love the music ...it had a great band and colored lights that light up the dance floor. We call it " home"...yes..it has a good friendly atmosphere. We decided to order a hamburger, last night...it was DELICIOUS! We shared it ...with fries. All the waitresses are friendly. This will be "our home place" for many years. Come join in the fun....you will love it.

It is all about the wings for me here. I have been to Ammacapanes, Santisis, and several other local bars and by far the wings here are the best! If you can make it M-Thurs between 1-7pm the wings are only 35 cents. Definitely worth it. I have not tried anything else cause they are so good but I have seen some delicious looking burgers come out of the back. Anyways the wings are great, the atmosphere is old and rustic, and the bar is small but they have a great selection.

I was there on Saturday and my group had to sit in separate sections. The waitress never explained the tip was added. We were a party of 4. I called back to ask if there was anything they could do since I tipped twice. I was told there was nothing and end of story. My sister followed up asking since she too said we were not placed sitting together and sat in two different booths. Angela hung up on her. What kind of customer service is this?!?!?? RUDENESS!!!!!!!!

I am currently in mediation with their attorney. i ordered a steak that was not cooked to my liking. i sent it back and it was still not done so I sent it abck again and when it arrived it looked ok. Upon taking my first bite I almost threw up. I am not going to say exactly what my attorneys lab found on the steak but lets just say it was a human bodily fluid.Omg I have never in my life been so disgusted. I am never eating out again. I hate these people.

I love this place. The ladies (Angela, Nikki & Brandi) really take care of the customers week in & week out & we dont always make it easy for them but its always service with a smile. Storm, the karaoke host (Tue-Thu) is the best in the business and keeps this place rocking. The foods good & the drinks are made well. My home away from home, I highly recommend this place to anyone that likes good service, good music, good food & drinks.

This was my first time at this restaurant/bar and I would definitely go again. Its a laid back and friendly place. Food was good and the waitress was on point. I have no complaints about this place or the employees. I was curious as to the story behind all the dollar bills stapled up all over the place and Im sure if I wouldve asked I wouldve been told. Wish I wouldve asked now lol.
