We have been regular at this location since it opened and never thought twice about the service because we had no other chiptole to use. We just always sacrificed service for convience but now we dont have to. Mary & Joey have been awesome. They genuinely look happy to see us when ever we walk in and have now made it a fun place to visit. I dont know if they a just faking it or not but it feels great to lnow the staff is happy to see u walk in and remembers your face. Mary & Joey alone have increased our visits by at least 15 times this past year and we have even started tipping more and more because we are soooo happy to see them. They have really set such a fun atmosphere in a place u couldnt get people to crack a smile for years!!! I now love my chiptole all because of Mary & Joey

i have never in my life reviewed anything, a restaurant, a movie, an event center, nothing; but i was overwhelmingly disappointed with my visit at this chipotle. dont get me wrong, i love chipotle, i usually go to the one in southlake, but today i was in this area and decided a rice bowl sounded nice. i also ordered for my mom and dad, having to tell the girl again and again that i would like "a little more" meat and "a little more cheese" was exhausting three times over. she wasnt overly nice but she wasnt rude. the real disappointment that prompted this review came when i got home. every bite i took of my steak rice bowl had fatty bits, there was very little meat, a sprinkle of lettuce, and the rice was undercooked. needless to say, ill stick to the chipotle in southlake.

Really, No stars! last night 9/16 at 8:30pm we came in and the pony wall was dirty. My wife said dont touch it. Then we noticed the girl behind the kitchen table was handling food without food handling gloves. Then the girl behind the counter grabs a bag of tortillas after she handled a stock box of same and did not get new food handling gloves. I told her not to touch my tortilla until she threw them away and put on new ones. She grabs the new gloves from a container on the wall that is filthy. They had no chips for chips and salsa. The shredded beef was in chunks, not shredded at all and swimming in some kind of liquid. The counter where they build your burrito was filthy. That was the dirtiest I have ever seen any Chipotle Mexican Grill.

Lines used to be out the door at this place ALL the time. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have recovered from their own issues a while back. There are only lack-luster lines at best evetytome I drive by. Honestly...I just cannot bring myself to go back to this place...I used to love it here and I ate here at least once a week. The portions are huge and they have great prices for what you get. Food was always fresh and delicious. I know they are trying... So to be fair, I am NOT giving them a 1 like I really want to in my heart, and I am giving them 3 stars to give them the benefit of doubt. Trying to be neutral, but give my opinion. I wont go, but you can if you want to...eat at your own risk.

I love Chipotle, so I go to this location often because its near my house. That said, its very hit-or-miss miss. Just now Im eating a burrito bowl with some undercooked rice and overly fatty beef. They seem to consistently leave too much fat on their beef and the chicken is usually too charred. This is in comparison to other Chipotle restaurants. And its not all the time but more often than not. Also, like another reviewer pointed out, they never seem equipped to handle the customer load. Its a very busy location and they need to staff up and not use inexperienced workers at busy times. Other than that, its still Chipotle so theres not too much else to complain about.

I have been to this restaurant twice in the last two weeks and both times I have experienced issues with their online ordering. The first time, my ticket wasnt printed til I arrived at the location and had to remind them to make my order. It was almost gonna be faster to wait in line. The second time I placed an order and sometime between then and pickup a system error caused my order to be erased. Although I was frustrated, I dont fault the location for the error, but my main complaint is with how the situation was handled. Neither time was there an apology made. My appetite for Chipotle is gone for the time being.

I have been going to this chipolte for over 2 years now and I absolutely love it! the staff has made it so easy to enjoy the experience of getting my food. Virginia, Maggie, Lauren, Breanna, Yessica, Graciela and Luis are to upbeat, fun, nice and always smiling that the time flies by even with a line! the food is top notch love it. i also really appreciate the fact that it is always so clean and well maintained most restaurants are neglectful on their upkeep but not here!!! again i just want to thank all of staff at here they really make my day!

Inconsistent. Ive been to this Chipotle many times and I am never certain how good it is going to be. I get the same thing so its not because I change ingredients. Sometimes things are prepared well and sometimes they taste like they were cooked by someone who has never cooked before. Also, the sweet tea is NOT Texas quality. It is watery and not very sweet at all. Please steep it longer and learn from a true Texan how to make sweet tea. We like it strong because everything is supposed to be better in Texas.

I love chipotle but I hate this location. Ive only came twice bc they always give small portions everytime. And when you ask for more veggies or corn it seems like they dont want to give anymore. Im sure thats bc of management but compared to other chipotle this one is a complete fail. I live 2 minutes from this location but Id rather drive 10 min to the Watauga location bc its so much better. Will not be coming back or recommending this location.

This is the second time they have not had an order ready (both online and one placed over the phone) when they stated it would be ready. The entire point of placing an order early is so you can pick up the order and go. Instead we wait for over 20 minutes while everyone behind us gets their food prepared first and are out the door while Im standing there waiting for my "pick up order" to even be prepared. Unacceptable!!!

im from atlanta ad we have chipotle and a couple or restuarants like it my fav is Moes best burrito i have ever had i was told Moes and chipotle were the same thing so when i came to texas i tried chipotle the food was blan andthe prices were very high for the quality and optionsiwas not impressed and my first trip was also my last tasted like i was eating napkins WHERE IS THE FLAVOR????

I have to say that it sucks that this chipotle only has one register to checkout orders. They always let the people who fax or email their orders in cut in front of 30 people who are waiting over 15 minutes to get service. I would not recommend coming to this location during lunch hour between 12pm and 1pm you will be delayed. They are horrible when it comes to this.
