I previously left a bad review for this restaurant location. I forwarded the feedback to the corporate office and the NEXT day the area GM contacted me directly via email and showed transparency and accountability. on that note, I have changed my previous 1 star to 5 stars! Below is my previous review. Online order and pick up experience terrible! pick up was ordered and scheduled for pickup at 633, unfortunately there was a line when I arrived-which I had to wait in despite my order being ready and got my cold food at 653. No apology and no compensation for some fresher food. Never again. oh, their online orders are printed out and manually placed into their system by an on staff agent who is unable to assist even if their was a rush in customers. Wowww! I wonder if this is every ws or just this location.

My first time at any Wingstop. So lets divide this up... Location was ok. Tables were a little sticky, but not dirty. Floors were fine, rest if the place seemed clean. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable it seemed but could have first few days for two of the girls. Prices seemed high and no flexibility on subs. I wanted a beer instead of the two sodas but they could seem to separate things our just charge me an upcharge. Wings and fries were good. Fries were a little under cooked. Done but limp... Wings were cooked, very meaty, dry rubs (Louisiana) were very tasty but a bit salty. Wet sauces were applied heavily (Hawaiian). Some colleagues had similar experiences. The parmesan and garlic wings were simply dusted with grated parmesan.

Not only did they mess up my order, but they had me bring back the wings they got wrong to give me the right wings. Sorry but thats just gross. Wings that had been in my house. That i touched. What are they going to do sell them to someone else. Makes me wonder how many times Ive been in there that maybe they gave me someone elses wings that were wrong and brought back. Anytime ive been to a fast food place and they messed up the order. I keep what they gave me and get thr right order too. Especially if it was already opened by me. Not only that but i had to wait for the correct order for over 10 min.

Worst experience at any fast food establishment in my entire life. Staff, especially cashiers are very rude and have zero customer service skills or training, the managers are even worse, have yet to recieve a phone call back regarding my last expierence at this location which i have already contacted corporate about. This location is minutes from my house, but will not step foot in here untill they clean house with the staff im sure they know are the problem. Save your money and diginity and dont come to this location, they will show you zero respect.

This place is horrible. I placed an order days in advance online and was immediately contacted by one of the employees, who explained that if I go to the store ahead of time to pay, itll secure my pickup time. I followed her request and paid two days in advance and it was all a lie. Waiting for over 20 minutes past my pickup time and A LOT of people have come and gone with their orders. Talked to the manager, Ryan, who said my order would be ready in 3 minutes and here it is 12 minutes past the 3 minute mark. What a joke. Dont waste your money.

My wife and recently moved to this side of town, Garden Ridge, and can attest that we have received very good service and good quality from the location on Pat Booker. We snot go to the 3009 location simply because the Pat Booker location is on my way home from work. That being said, many of these reviews are ridiculous in my opinion because if you call in and then show to pick up and theres a line you deal with it. I understand the staff being short when they are busy but they have never been rude. I think this is a great location.

The wings were good, the order was the wrong amount of wings with the wrong flavors. Unfortunately the fries were very old. When we even asked in the beginning of the order to please give us a fresh batch, we will wait longer for it, they gave us old fries. Wait it gets worse we take the "old fries" and ask for a new batch again. Although, we asked twice, it seemed that this 2nd batch was the very first one just re-fried. Just sad, I used to like this wing stop restaurant!

Unwilling to compromise and rude. Attempted to use the app for the promo for 5 free boneless wings but the app doesnt work and is not my phone. I called to ask if they would honor this because their app doesnt work and they told me no. I went on to say your willing to sacrifice a $30 sale over 5 wins and they said sorry. Its not about being cheap is the principle of it. Because of this I wont be returning and they have always been my favorite wing joint.

Im not usually one to write reviews but I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Im in total shock at the amount of attitude the employees gave to customers including myself yesterday & worst part of it all was the manager didnt even care ! Malissa & Gilbert need to learn how to respect others especially customers because cussing at them is definitely not the way to go.

Called to place an order, was on hold for 7 minutes. Got to the restaurant with no line and see the phone blinking with red lights. How inconsiderate! Rude girl who took my order. Asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager is busy but when hes done Ill let him know. Never again will I do business here.

Worst customer service. No greeting. Nobody wanted to help and kept trying to pass me off on other people. Waited half an hour while watching other guests come in and leave with their orders before I got mine. Worst experience. This place costs way too much to have to deal with this level of incompetence...

This place sucks. It took them over 30 minutes to complete my order. I asked them did they even have it and they went looking through paper tickets and then went back to helping other customers coming in. They do not have it together. Go to a different wing stop.

Order took 25 min to be completed. There was 2 other couples eating. So not overly busy. Rolls where dry and flat. No beans because can opener was broken. Wings tasted good thou.

What can you say.Always good.its wingstop.Just check your bag before you leave on to go orders.They have left out significant amount of my order several times.
