I come here all the time with my son after baseball and the service is usually pretty good. Last night was probably some of the worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. They had two people working the counter, one was on her phone texting and cracking chewing gum, while me along with the people on line were treated like we were invisible. The other cashier took our order like she had better things to do. No greeting or your welcome after we said thank you. All I got was my table number smacked down on the counter and an almost 20 minute wait for two small blizzards and a soft serve cone! All it takes is one bad experience for most people to think twice about a repeat visit.

I came by to pick up an ice cream cake fo my moms birthday. She doesnt like cheesecake so I asked for info on the cakes. The lady that makes the cakes was luckily still around and she offered to make a strawberry cake without the cheesecake. Not even 45 minutes later, the cake is ready to do and looking awesome! Thank you so much, lady cakemaker! We decided to eat here while we waited for the cake. I had the $5 lunch meal and was plenty for me (fries, drink, cheeseburger, and strawberry sunday). My toddler had the chicken strips, fries, and drink. He is very picky but really enjoyed his meal, which is always a victory in my life! Definitely coming back here!

Manager was yelling at a kid for apparently getting an order wrong in the drive through. My order was to go, got our blizzards, both were made wrong twice. Victoria was working the blizzard station gave me horrendus attitude both times i asked for them to be corrected. The drinks were ordered and rung out correctly, just not made properly. Manager watched this go down twice but said and did nothing. Left with drinks wrong because i was so frustrated... Got to the park to eat and to top it off... No silverware or napkins. This place is terrible. Has gone downhill since my last visit. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Completely unacceptable.

Nasty nasty nasty!!! I was in the bathroom with an employee and I finished before him and as I was washing my hands... this employee just walks out and into the kitchen to prepare food.... when I walked out they were still preparing the food I just ordered.. so I asked.... this guy just pissed and walked out... the staff asked do you want us to remake the food!?!?! Uhhhh. Yah!!! I dont want any nasty bathroom funk on my or my kids food!!! So evil eye from the manager on duty but I dont care at this point!! Remake that food or else.. !!!!! I will NEVER go eat here again!!

Its okay, been at this location a couple of times. The first time a waited a little to long to get my order. Also one of the employees almost got into a fist fight with another customer. The 2nd time I got my food pretty quick, however a gentleman in front of me had a bad experience and demanded a re-fund , afterwords i witnessed a manager lecturing the front counter girl in front of everyone. Seems like everytime ive been, there have been problems with other customers. Ive never had any problems personally but still..

I normally dont review. Good or bad. But I felt compelled to write one this time. First I waited 15 minutes waiting in line by myself before someone asked if I had ordered. Then after I placed my order for 1, two separate couples came in and ordered double the amount of food I did. And both couples received their meals before I did. I am literally writing this review as it has been 30 minutes since I have placed my order. Terrible. Ridiculous. Simple bad. Very diassappointed. Thanks

The service is terrible! Duing the lunch rush they had one girl taking orders, expediting food and cleaning tables. It took 45 minutes to get an order to go. I have gone other times when it isnt busy and the service isnt any better. It took 15 minutes to get a beverage to go and I had to listen to the "manager" loudly reprimand an employee in the dining room while I waited. Poorly run establishment. Bad training and management!

Last couple of times weve been there, its a crazy long wait for the food. The employees are all friendly enough, but its like they are all new or something. Servers sticking up for kitchen staff though, not blaming. Saying theyre backed up and will be getting food soon. The quality of food has dropped a bit, but not giving up hope that this DQ will soon be running smoothly.

I waited in line for roughly 5 minutes only to find out that this Dairy Queen does NOT serve chocolate ice cream...Yes, an ICE CREAM store that doesnt have chocolate ice cream. Ive been going to Dairy Queens since I was a kid (over 45 years ago) and have ALWAYS been able to order a vanilla, chocolate or twist cone. How can you not have chocolate ice cream????

Basically the worst dairy queen I have been to. When it first opened the service was great and the food was good, but not 2 times in a row they have got our orders incorrect. The employees show no care for the customer all they do is joke around and dont help their customers.

Food was great as usual (steak fingers meal). Tried the chicken & dumplings for first time and they were fantastic. Would recommend to anyone who wants good food at a reasonable price. Dont forget to try any of the ice cream goodies (shakes, comes made to order).

The absolute worst Dairy Queen in Texas. Rude and incompetent staff who refuse your order so they dont have to work. I asked for a tropical and Hawaiian blizzard, the employee said we dont make those flavors. Odd considering EVERY DQ has them on their menu.

Only been here twice and probably never again. The first time everything went well but the second time they messed up my order and then when I finally got my order it wasnt cooked right. I got a full refund but still disappointed.

Since when did a medium blizzard cost $5? Seems expensive for a okay milkshake, but aside from the cost I cant complain about anything. Despite a decent sized drive through line they still saw us pretty quickly.
