DQ is practically a Texas tradition but they knickel and dime you. Just adding pickles or onions to a burger incurs an additional charge. I would rate higher if this were not the case. Restaurant cleanliness isnt maintained very well. Service is a little slow. Chili is really greasy and fries are warm at best. Chicken strip basket and gravy were piping hot! +1. Server was polite and looked to stay busy so probably understaffed. For the same amount of money the family couldve eaten better quality food at Red Robin across the street. Not a bad exp but definitely a pricy one.

Come on - what is so hard about taking an order for a cup of ice cream??? Ive been here 3 times and 2 of those times they screwed up my simple easy order. I like DQ but its not worth the hassle. Ill stick to McDonalds if I need ice cream... At least they can get my order right. Plus last time there were red plastic stringy fibers of some kind in the chocolate dip, so i threw it out. Im normally not compelled to write reviews good or bad, but this place is terrible!

Apparently, DQ does not think their hours of operation should be posted anywhere on the internet. I called the restaurant, figuring someone could spare ten seconds to pick up the phone and answer my question, but I was mistaken. If they cant manage to post their hours or pick up a phone, can they really manage to make a decent product? I certainly dont know.

So glad they built one close by. Always great to have a real ICE CREAM place, not some frozen yogurt shop. Friendly and fast service. Some of you giving this a bad review because you couldnt get the hours of operations is NOT the stores fault. They dont create the website, complain to their main site.

Terrible experience my hamburger meat was old, dry and leathery it was so disgusting I couldnt even eat. I was on my lunch break so I couldnt go all the way back so I had to spend my whole day at work hungry. Please make your food fresh dairy queen!!!
