My second time to get a soy latte here and it was horribly horribly burnt. But she said thats the way it should be. Um, no. She didnt offer to remake or refund, so Im never going back here. What a waste of $4! Why doesnt this mall have a Starbucks inside!?

From Google street view you think its a coffee shop with outdoor sitting and a place to relax and get on your laptop. the place is actually a spot in the mall just outside of sears. The iced mocha I got was a touch sweet but good.

Bad burnt coffee. Stay away. Nordstrom opening soon right next door. Their coffee bar will put this out of biz fast
