Seriously bad and incompetent staff. Ordered online. Not only is it never ready when they say it will be but the guy told me unless its on their menu they cant do it. I showed him how I was able to order it through their menu online and how it was on their menu in store and he had no explanation for why they didnt and wouldnt make it the way I ordered it: just that they wouldnt use the sauce I wanted. This was already 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and they still hadnt even put my pizzas in the oven. I use different pizza huts at least once a week and never have a problem getting what I order on time. When my order was finally ready (30 minutes late!) I asked to have the manager ring me up as the guy working the register (William) was already giving me attitude because I asked why he was continuing to stop what he was doing to take the order for every new person that came in the door rather than getting the orders ready that were already overdue (because this kept making my wait time later and later). So the manager, James, came to ring me up. I asked if there was something he could do to apologize for the experience like an order of bread sticks or discount on my order. He just started giving me excuses about being short staffed etc and actually said to me that he was proud it was only half an hour overdue!!! Eventually he gave me a $5 discount on my $35 order which was A) not nearly enough to make up for their customer service and B) something he should have offered without me having to ask rather than make excuses and tell me that he was happy they were "only half ab hour behind". Seriously, their corporate office really needs to take a look at the problems they have at this location.

This is the worst pizza hut. I do not live in the delivery area and have to drive 20 min just to get there to pick up order. I ordered a med supreme pizza with spinach and 2 garlic sauces-which you have to pay for so basically they stole 2.00, the money is not the issue but if they do that to 20 orders a night that is 40.00 + tax x 7 days 280.00 a week pure profit (pathetic) . Pizza had no sauce was dry and over cooked, no garlic sauce. I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up, I didnt know order was wrong tell he got home. I called to complain, ended up at a call center and was told manager from spring branch would call in 10 min, over 40 min later I called back and was told they were busy and couldnt call back ok wrong answer (this was a call center not spring branch store) asked to speak with the manager/supervisor when that airhead got on the line she actually asked me what I expected her to do about it. I told her not a damn thing because they obviously dont care about customer service or satisfaction. I informed her I would be writing a review and would never eat at a pizza hut again. :( If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I rarely order from this location because they seem to always get something wrong. Last night was no different. I ordered one stuffed crust and a thin and crispy. I received a pan crust and a drastically under cooked stuffed crust. I ordered online and arrived 10min after the suggested pickup time. They had not even put it in the oven. I was told to come back in 8min. Im assuming that they rushed my pizza through and pulled it off too soon in order to meet that time frame. I live too far to just return it for an exchange. Not worth the gas, but it was awful. Clearly not completely cooked. My wife called to let them know and was told that it is highly unlikely that it was undercooked. We didnt even ask for a refund. Just wanted to make them aware of the situation, and they still refused to accept any responsibility. Its a miracle that this location is still in business.

Worse place ever!!! I placed an online order and got a confirmation that it would be ready in 30 min. My wife left showed up 30 min and still wasnt ready another 30 minutes of her waiting there it still wasnt ready. I called the store that I ordered the pizza from and the girl said well its Friday were busy. I explained to her if you cant handle online orders then dont accept them. She said its not that, I replied its over 30 min from original time and its still not ready. I told her i can see 5 or 10 mins late but not 30 min and still waiting. Horrible customer service & horrible service. My wife finally received pizza got home and they were the wrong pizzas. Called management they sent us coupons for same store. Same problem pizzas wernt ready wife through coupons in trash. SHUT THIS S**T shack down.

This Pizza Hut is the worst! The last three times we went there the service was horrible and the food was disgusting! We ate the buffet the last time which was 12/6/11 and all the food was disgusting, cold, and crusty. We spoke to the manager, Jose, and he just looked at us dumbfounded and said, "Dont worry, Im gonna take care of yall" Whatever that meant! He was weird and nothing was resolved. We will NEVER go back to that Pizza Hut again. We tried the one in Fredericksburg and it was AWESOME! The food was delicious and the waiter was very attentive and courteous. At the one in Bulverde, we never even got our drinks refilled! Whatever you do, DO NOT go to the Pizza Hut in Bulverde, unless you feel like wasting money, having an unpleasant experience, and getting a stomach ache!

This Pizza Hut was my one and only pizza service that I ever really stuck to in the 13 years Ive lived in the Spring Branch area. But for the past year, their service and food hasnt been up to their usual standards. You really play ping-pong with them, cause sometimes the pizza is delicious (cheesy, fresh, piping hot) and sometimes its horrible (dry, overloaded with toppings, sometimes even sauce-less). I even had to wait TWO HOURS for my delivery at one point. I sincerely hope they pick up in service, due to the fact that the only other pizza service around here is Dominos. Good luck to you.

If I could give this location a zero I would. On 3 different occasions we purchased several different pizzas and all three times we got stuck waiting an additional 10 minutes for one pizza while everything else sat there. They always give some bs excuse but clearly they screwed up on one and had to remake it. To top it off the manager was very rude to my wife to the point i had to step in. He refused any compensation for their mistake and made zero efforts to make it right. We will be filing complaint as this was the third and worst time dealing with this company.

In store order Friday 4:45pm no one in line or waiting, I was thinking this will be fast. NO WAY. Ask the cashier New transfer how long 10 -15 mins I was there over 30 mins. and NO PIZZA. during the time I asked the cashier how long 10-15 mins finally after 30 mins let start making my Pizza. This is bulls@#$% so I ask for a refund. Manager did NOT even ask why Just processed the refund. What horrible Customer service. You know Little Ceasar or Dominos Just down the street. This store STAFF and MANAGER are pathetic. NEVER AGAIN to THIS store.
