We originally gave this particular Taco Cabana a 1 star because the afternoon crew was horrible and rude. They gave serious attitude to my husband. Then they served me with cold food and tortillas that were falling apart and hard. For some reason they gave my husband attitude and he is the last person you want to give attitude to because hes the nicest guy youll ever meet and so polite there was no reason for these ladies to treat him badly or give attitude. Maybe these ladies were having a bad day but regardless that does give them the right to be rude to the customer. We got our food and mine was cold, my beans and rice were ice cold while my husbands food was hot. My husband thinks they thought my meal was his so they were going to serve him the cold meal. Now we dont know if thats true its only speculation. However we did come back during morning and had hot breakfast with great service. So the morning crew is great. Today we went to have some breakfast and it was great. We got home and realized my husband dropped his wallet and it would have been at Taco Cabana. He called them and they were nice to go out to the parking lot and check for his wallet and sure enough it was there. Very nice morning crew. We appreciate them so much. Love Taco Cabana. Afternoon workers need a class in respect but the morning crew are awesome and great workers.

I went to the drive through. It took 4 tries to take my order. When I got to the window, they tried to give the the wrong order. I pulled out of the drive-thru and looked at my order it looked like a train wreck and it was missing the guacamole. Went back through the drive-thru and girl with the red hair gave some attitude. I wanted my money back. She take the food, looks at it aand throws it in the trash. She just walks away. The manager finally comes over and ask if she could help me. I explain everything again. She asks for my receipt. I advised I was not given a receipt. The manager says Oh, yeah the printer is not working. Wow!

Came here tonight with my wife and the cashier was rude and unfriendly. We tried to make friendly conversation and she blew us off. After fixing our drinks she slammed my drink on the counter. Food was okay but the customer service was horrible. Then while we were sitting waiting on our food there were girls standing by the food with their hair blowing everywhere when I feel they should have had it pinned up and with a hair net on. Thats very unsanitary. I most likely wont come back here especially as I just watched the cashier come from outside and start working without washing her hands. 7-6-2017

I ordered 6 tacos and only got 5. The 2 crispy tacos were swimming in a grease pool in a styrofoam container. Theres no logical way they had that much grease. There had to have been grease added to the container or the meat was never drained. The employee offered to put lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on the tacos then didnt even put it on all the tacos. The fajitas tacos were extremely salty, too. Ive had Taco Cabana before and really enjoyed it. This place had something particularly wrong about it. There were too many things wrong with such a simple order.

I cant rate the food because I never ordered. I attempted to order from the drive through on the evening of 9/13/16. When the girl started to talk on the speaker a guy came on yelling loudly and I couldnt hear her. She apologized and tried to take my order but then the guy came back on interrupting her again and telling me that he wanted me to know a fact. He then asked me if I knew a baby was born every second and continued to talk about it. At that point I decided to go somewhere else.

The service was horrible. We got there and order two meals and waited an hour but never received our food. We finally decided to go get our money back and go down the road. Keep in mind we were not the only ones. The restraint was not clean. Nobody could throw trash away because the were full and spilling onto the floor. A couple that can in even had to clean a table off so the good have a place to sit.

The stories did in town. Slow service. The only ok thing is the prices but then again how much can one charge for cold stored food thats been sitting out all day. The flies probably got to it before me. Yes, its at a convenient location but thats all is got going for it as far as food is concerned. Now they have great Margaritas.

Very disappointed. To start with the girl at the drive through window had someone she knew drive up and sit there for 5-8 minutes holding a conversation. Its one thing to wait if the car in front of you has a big order but its another when its just a conversation. Food was sub par at best. The chips were terrible.

This place is horrible, the management staff laughs at you when you approach them with a issue. They got our order wrong twice in a row and when we asked to speak to the manager the Assistant manager walked over laughing at us. I am sorry but this is just horrible service. I will not eat here again.

I enjoy Taco Cabana, and visit this location because its on the way to work. but, the food here often seems subpar and wait times are excruciating. I ordered only 3 steak fajita tacos and got them over 20 minutes later. I have never seen a crew move with such lethargy.

Its Taco Cabana. A chain texmex fast food restaurant. If you want some tacos quick and dont know the local scene, its a safe choice. This particular store is clean, close to the freeway and open much later than the local places. So they have that going for them.

My visit was horrible, it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get your meal, and I found a small plastic (white) in one of the food that I bought. One of my coworkers told me to contact you about what I saw in one of the food that I ordered for.

Fri night quick dinner. VERY busy, order taker was nice, and staff was busy filling orders. Inside was a bit noisy, concrete floor and metal roof make for a very noisy atmosphere; also a few loud guests, not TCs fault. Would visit again.

I ordered a large sprite and a side of beans. Both of a waste of my money since the beans had a huge chunk of beef in it and Im vegan. Also, the sprite was so full of carbonation, it tasted disgusting. What a waste.
