I went through the drive through at 11:45pm on a Wednesday. Hardly anyone was there...only one car in front of me...waited between 5-10 minutes to get my food and go all the way home to only find no meat on my burger!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! What did I do? What any person does in that situation, throw it away and call it a night! I have been a loyal patron of Whataburger for decades, but this incident might be enough for me to never go back again. I have NEVER in my life been served a burger without the actually meat! If they are that careless to forget to put meat on a damn burger can you only imagine what the hell else they are careless with in that kitchen?!?! You have to be absolutely as stupid as a stump to forget something like that. Which, makes me almost think it was intended. And if it was, imagine what the employees here do to other peoples food. How about a little spit? Maybe drop your food on the ground? Not wash their hands? Maybe pick their nose on wipe it on your food? Grossed out yet??? How about the cleanliness of the kitchen...think the staff remembers to clean that when they forget the meat on a burger!?!? Good luck to those that go to this location...Im disgusted and so should anyone else that is thinking of going here or has gone here before!!!

EVERY time we go to this location, our order gets screwed up! Its nothing but kids that work there and do not know what goes on what....just really ticks me off to get home and AGAIN, the order is WRONG! Who eats bread with mayonnaise and no meat, REALLY! The Customer Service is a joke and the so called Managers, bahaha, Whataburger must have been desperate to hire these peeps, they have the IQ of a Marble and Do Not know what Customer Service is! "Sorry this happen" and not being sincere about it is pathetic and a poor apology! Pretty sad when you get your food to go and get home and are still hungry because the morons cant get it right! Oh, and on your onion rings, God forbid you give more than 3-4 on a #7 and charge more for them! Sonic Rocks compared to this place, never have a problem there, just gets old and crave a Whataburger, yet we get screwed every time! Keep your burger, you should be refunding our money and treating us to a free correct order as many times as ours have been screwed up and paid for!

horrible on weekends for sure!! every time I go they screw up a simple order and are not prepped for customers... I pull in at 6 am no cars in front no other customers order biscuits and gravy after sitting there for 5 minutes I see him throw the bag of mix on the counter and there it sits. after a few more minutes I walk in and say if you havent even made the gravy give me my money back.. he ignored me until I said hey DUDE Im talking to you... then a lady comes from the back and tells me here is my refund and have a nice day..no apologies or explanation Notta. this weekend kid is a genuine airhead.....Ive had 3 or 4 encounters of his dugh attitude...... NUFF SAID THEY SUCK... not ready for the BREAKFAST CLUB!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced and the most shocking part that it is from the General Manager Sherry. I dont know who hired this woman but they need must need medication. If poor customer service isnt enough to keep you away, 18 minutes waiting on a #1 should be. Dont forget to check you hamburger when you finally get it because 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong. A year ago this place was awesome. The crazy new General Manager has run off all the old employees that made me call this My Whataburger. Now I drive the extra 8 miles to the next one, and it is worth every extra minute.

Im not the type to do this but I got really annoyed today and it nearly ruined my lunch.. went to the Lakeway location and some little kid rang up my coupon for Buy a 32 oz drink and a small fry and he only rang me up for the Burger! I asked him for my soda because I thought he had just forgot to hand it to me but what really pissed me of was when his wimpy friend came to leave me my order I told him that I still needed my frys that I bought with the coupon and he said hed be right back with them finished my burger and waited about 20 and he never came... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

As Whataburger locations go, this location is on par with others Ive visited throughout Texas. Nothing special...I have a few issues with customer service...theyre not exactly believable when they tell you to "have a nice day." I would rather the girl thank the customer and omit the "nice day" comment; it doesnt exactly leave you want to visit again and again. Im sure other employees are doing their job just fine, but I believe the manager really needs to remind his staff about good customer service at all times. Foods great, though. "Tastes like a Whataburger!"

Great burgers but sometimes bad service. Last time I went a teen took my order and was completely distracted by his friends who were talking to him while he was working. My whole order was wrong and when I told him that he got my order wrong he was to busy talking to his friends. But luckily a kind woman in the back kitchen heard me and fixed my meal. Sadly Lakeway restaurant businesses is staffed by highschool teens. Since this is a rich community most of the teens that work are rich spoiled brats that dont like to work. So service is always going to be bad!

Went there on 7-11-17 around 12:45 the staff was the rudest Ive ever had to deal with at this location, nothing like Chick-fil-A where the staff always treats you awesome. The staff at Whataburger on ranch road 620 at 12:45 was extremely rude acted as though getting our food was a burden to them. To be honest for lack of a better word to exapreas the way the staff acted would be ghetto with a grudge. You would not expect something like this in Lakeway or any establishment at that

If youre eating here beware! From inside (Saturday around noon) no one is wearing gloves, handling money, food and brooms at same time and I actually watched as the worker at the Fries "wiped" her durty hands (ungloved) back and forth to clean them of dirt, over the bin of Fries she just salted. GROSS. And the place is filthy.

The whataburger near me are so ignorant because they always messed up my order. I specifically asked for no toast and only the fries the chicken, next thing you know it they give me the toast and the chicken. They also didnt give me my receipt. Most likely my last time going here
