First and last time! Has a drive through that was horrible! Should not have one in my professional opinion. I went this past sunday on 3/16/14. I placed my order. Waited 8 minutes to get to the paying window. Car in front was waiting That should have been a sign. So I paid and I placed an order for 3 plates (picadillo, carne quisada), 2 tacos bacon&egg, papa taco (breakfast served all day) and pozole (served on weekends). So it wasnt a 5 buck ticket. My money was collected and I was told to drive up. 20 min go by, I look for cashier..nada..30 min..look for cashier...So I decide to go in the reastaurant to find out what the hell? I am walking in the lady from drive through hand me my order. Tells me if i want to complain talk to the Manager. She was at the cash register. The place is full tables and she is at the register? Anyway she got sassy when I told her 40min for drive through. She said plates take longer. I responded then dont have a drive through. I told her I would write a review she could care less. So I decided to call the owner. I get the number talked to the owner. She said it was the drive through fault. I was like what? The manager should know at ALL times what is happening in the store and floating the restaurant not at the register. Turns out later tells me the Manager is her daughter. I get having family work for you...However, I also get customer service. Gets better the Owner text me today 03/18/14. It states next time I have a large order call it in...LOL I didnt know 3 plates and a 2 tacos was a large order............HILLARIOUS...AGAIN SHOULDN"T HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH...So I will spend my money else where else. ;)

The waitress/manager was very quick to rush you into ordering, apparently so in a hurry ordering more than just your entrée, was too much for her. She walked away from our table before we finished telling her our order which made me have to follow her up to the register to finish telling her what we wanted. While placing our order I had asked her what came on the chipotle chicken to which she responds, "I dont know... Its all on there in the menu". Mind you it only reads chicken breast with chipotle sauce. At this point we decided to cancel our order and leave. When I called to complain, expecting that the waitress and manager were two different people, my waitress answers the phone only to confirm she is in fact the manager as well. I complained about my service to her, all of which she is fully aware of, and then asked her how was she able to be in charge of a restaurant and not know how the food is prepared. Its at this moment she tells me that the level of service she gave me is exactly the same she gives to everyone and if I didnt like it, I didnt have to ever go back...long story made short, we havent.

If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would.I will be raising awareness in regards to consumer regulations and leads that follow. I went to eat here and my tacos were saturated in grease, I didnt receive my drink until 25 minutes after sitting, I then politely asked if one taco could be taken off the tab because it was inedible and the Morning shift manager shouted "WHY?" and continued to awkwardly stare at me with her eyebrows raised for an additional 10 seconds in hopes that I would reconsider,extremely rude. If I was asked to give a brief description in order to describe my breakfast this morning I would say it was overwhelmingly cold and awkward.This is an Awful place.

I ordered 2 came guisada with chesse, 2 bean and cheese and 3 Carne asada tacos after about 10 minutes taco came . The carne guisada was all sauce with 2 small pieces of meat and at room temperature. I returned the taco only to be disappointed again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Tortillas were hard in all our tacos . I expected better foe the price I paid. The service was ok but I felt bad for the waitress she knew we were not happy with our food. I still tipped her although she didnt offer any assistance and she looked like she could careless anyway. Another reason why I stay away from that side of town

Horrible management..so they confirmed they messed up and had my order in front of them...and even then, they refused to do a refund for $2.16 on a taco they had in front of them... Oh because I ordered it late! So basically I paid for aa taco they have in front of them, they have the money for a taco they have in front of them, and yet I cannot get a refund for the taco they have in there position... How important is $2.16 (tax included) vs offerring good customer service! By the way I am on my lunch break at home minus one taco. Thumbs up to what customer service means to tink-a-taco...

Never going back!!! This was a bad drive thru purchase. We bought 4 Nacho Supremes plus extras. We waited about 30 minutes for 4 orders of soggy nachos that only had 12 nacho chips on each plate, and I found a long hair on mine that grossed me out. What happened to the jalapenos on the side? Or getting what we pay for? Basically spent $53.00 to throw it in the trash! I was very disappointed. Sadly, we will not be eating there anymore, and calling the health department too!

We had a horrible experience 2 weeks ago. Called in an order & was told "order would be ready in a few minutes" so we waited 25 minutes before heading over. Went inside & found out our order wasnt ready yet so sat down just to wait an hour & still no tacos. No one bothered to inform us about how much longer it would be. When we asked for a refund the girl didnt even apologize. Took our business elsewhere & only waited 15 mins. Never again!!!!

I ordered 2 pork chop plates to go ONE of thm wit NO Ranchero sauce (it came wit Ranchero sauce) wen I go home and opened the boxes the eggs lookd a light grey and thy were watery Im sure thts not good. And the potatoes lookd white like thy were raw not evn cooked. The food was disgusting I just wasted $17. This isnt the first time my food was below acceptable I dont recommend you eat here if your lookin for good food.

One of the lady servers made an annoyed face at me and my wife as we were sitting down. She asked us for our drink only to give us dirty cups (one had lipstick the other had food). We received our food to get dirty silverware and our special request on our food was not what we received. Also our rice tasted like fish? Will not be coming back here again.

This place was horrible!!! The service took forever she did not bring us our drinks or utensils napkins nothing on time. We waited for an hour and a half only for our food to be served to us cold and with bugs in the soup. There was two couples sitting on each side of us and they left because the wait was so long. I will never go back there again!!!
