I have been eating at this Raising Canes location for over a year now. I fly quite a bit for work and, since this one is in the airport and most airport fast food here is... iffy... I always get a meal here while I wait for my flight. The food is always the best it can be (not that Ive ever been disappointed by ANY Raising Canes location). However, what makes this location on of my favorites is the customer service. At most stores and restaurants, one or two employees excel at customer service. This place is different. Ive eating here many many times and have been served by many many different employees, and yet every single time - without fail - I have been impressed by how cheerful, polite, and all-around pleasant every single employee has been. As a manager who handles a food service team, I know how grueling and thankless food service can be and how difficult it can be to keep everyone in good spirits, ESPECIALLY at an airport where customers are often short on time and on manners. I dont know if its thanks to the manager, the company as a whole, or if theres something in the break room water, but whatever it is, Im happy for it. Now, I will ALWAYS go to Raising Canes at the San Antonio International Airport. (PS: This location is the only one that serves breakfast. And the breakfast is A M A Z I N G. I just scarfed down a Caniac Breakfast Combo and it was ON. POINT!!!)

The chicken fingers are similar to chic fil a taste wise, just a lil bit more greasy. You can substitute coleslaw for more fries so thats a plus. The pictues on here is of the raising canes on 8402 Broadway not the canes inside the airport. I uploaded it to help others find it. Its right off 410 diagonal to the Jims restaurant opposite direction to the airport on Broadway. I had the box combo and must say the strips are rather small, but for theprice what can you expect. Fries are bland and taste just like any other fast food spot. The canes sauce is to cajun flavored for my taste, but were all different so what I may not like others will. Hope this helps somebody. Ps the caniac box w/ 6 strips is $9.98 the box combo w/ 4 small strips was 6.98 & the 3 strip sandwich combo is 5.98.

5 stars? Really? Chicken Fingers were OK (very greasy) but I could have eaten the serving of coleslaw in one mouthful. And I have never had to pay for gravy or "Cain Sauce" or anything to dip a chicken Finger into in my life. Chicken Express blows these guys out of the water. Turned off in general. And the guy screwed up my order. After looking at me and my wife and me asking for two of what I described, one order came out. If you are near here go to Taco Garage, Whataburger, 410 Diner or Jims. Or find a Jack-In-The-Box.

Very tasty. This particular day they ran out of biscuits so had to replace for toast. Still good but i like their biscuits. The staff here at the San Antonio airports Canes is very friendly. They do cook your food when you order so expect to wait a little. For this reason is hit and fresh. Is fried chicken people, fried chicken fingers, so no, is not healthy and you better expect some grease, it is tasty. If you know Canes expect airport prices. And did i mention it is tasty? Bon appetite!

I have not eaten at the restaurant, but if I go to the website and menu, its to see what they have to offer and for HOW MUCH!? I do not see prices on the menu anywhere, which already turned me off on even trying it out. I have a family and a budget.

Fast service and quality food. Chicken was cooked well and chips were fresh and crisp. You can ask for soda refills as well which is a bonus given its in an airport. Nice snack before a flight, located right next to security after you pass through.

I got food poisoning from this place in Sept 2012. Definitely not what you want when traveling. AVOID at all costs! This was the only meal my wife and I and I ate separately on the whole trip and she was fine.

The food is always hot and tastes fresh. My husband and I split the caniac combo. 6 chicken fingers, coleslaw, crinkle fries and bread. The sauce that comes with the fingers is fantastic. I could drink it.

The batter is a little bland but the chicken it extremely tender and juicy for white meat. Their sauce needs more flavor the pepper is too dominate in it. sweet tea is good. The bread MMMMM!!!! Its good

Very delicious chicken fingers and great staff. Dont order 10 fingers like I did thinking youre hungry enough. They are large with lots of breading so 4 or 6 is plenty!

Nice airport, efficient and functional, they just need to finish the new parking building, it says should be done by December 2017

Surprisingly, a chicken finger biscuit in the morning is really good. Go to meal for early flights. Buy extra has browns.

This is the best sweet tea in the South, and its great to have it available inside of the TSA clean zone.
