This place need to have better supervision for their employees. I was a teenager once and I get that, but they still need to follow safe food handling procedures and not drink in the front area and keep the drinks under the counter. Cashiers here were more interested in socializing instead but when the ordered came out they did get it to me right away. The corn was pretty much tasteless and the mash potato had a funny sour taste to it. The blackened catfish was blackened alright but not with seasoning..

Mashed potatoes were really salty. As in I just roasted it for wearing ugly shoes kinda salty. The macaroni was ok but definitely nothing special. It tastes like it was a premixed macaroni. Then the shrimp tastes like it was cooked in old oil and its literally leaking oil onto my tray. The breading on fried food is what makes it and this tastes like cheap breading that you get in a cafeteria. I paid around $11 and you can honestly get some of the best soul food or barbeque for just as much. Not worth it

Im never going to eat here again or any other establishment based off this one. The two girls up front were incredible rude, not to top off that our food was just AWFUL. We threw away our pretty much full plates. When I asked the girl what can she do about this, she looked at me as if I was pretty stupid and pointed to a sigh that says "No refunds or exchanges" I DONT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT LITERALLY THROW IT AWAY HERE.

SPEND UR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is horrible. It took over 20min to get my food. They asked me to park in the front. I ended up going in to the store to wait another 5 minutes. The food is just as bad as the service. It was nasty. The bread was stale. The fries and the strawberry slushie were ok. I will never eat here again.

Very terrible service, saw an employee eating food in front of customers, 5 drinks under a table for the workers , charging for to go boxes, sauces, refills, cold and old food. Never ever go here. There are way better choices to go to

If I could give this place negative stars I would! This place if trash, the employees are trash! The food sucks, its dry, old,and cold! If your ever downtown never eat here, I got sick off of that food!

I just had the worst food ever from the W.W. White location. The only thing that they did right was give me a fortune cookie. Thats what I had to eat for lunch today... a fortune cookie.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It was flies everywhere the food was old the service was worst than the food. The cook had on a tank top and an apron cooking in the back (gross)

They didnt give me a ton of shrimp but they made up for it with a lot of mac and cheese and red beans. Better than the Bourbon St. place that sells crab rangoon and orange chicken

$12 down the drain. Had Chicken/Shrimp and it was awful. Ended up throwing the food away. Should have known something was wrong when I saw a NO REFUND sign.
