About 2 years ago I got deathly Ill from consuming the chicken nuggets at this restaurant. After I ate them a few hours later I felt my stomach was getting upset. My work requires me to travel to Pleasanton from San Antonio occasionally and on my way home to San Antonio I had to pull over in Poteet to throw up off the main road. I threw up on my dress shoes my slacks all over the road the grass and I threw up so much after awhile some one who lived close by came outside to check whats going on. I couldnt even drive 10 miles with out having to pull over and puke or poop. I spent the next 3 days unable to hold any fluids or food or medicines. Diarrhea and throw up was my life. I slept at my gfs house and in the middle of the night woke up to puke. Eventually I woke up to vomit and her brother was taking a shower which was on the second floor. I tried to rush down the stairway but suddenly couldnt hold it in and puked all over her moms stairs. Embarrassed and deathly Ill I tried covering up my mess but the damage was done. Thanks burger King! Every one I know hears my story and I forbid the people I love from eating at any one of your restaurants. Also you might be asking why did it take 2 years for me to write a review? My Aunt recently got sick at your De Zavala location in San Antonio, and this sparked my old anger for you.

I love their Apple Cranberry Crispy Chicken Salad, the one I picked up today was ridiculous, it was loaded with big chunks of white iceberg lettuce, not the good parts, the pieces you normally throw away when making a salad, I was so disappointed, I had 1/2 a lunch! What is up with that, there was very little spring mix in it! I called several times got hang ups, will try again later. I dont believe other stores use iceberg lettuce in theirs, I dont think I have ever gotten iceberg lettuce in mine here at the Pleasanton store except one other time when they had gone to Walmart to pick up the some things they had run out of to make it, hmmmmmmmm....

per facebook ::: F.Y.I./Alert: If you go get food at Burger King, whether it be through the drive thru or walk-in ask and/or INSIST on getting a receipt for your purchase. Something shady is going on with them over charging for the food and denying the customer their receipt. anonymous: I have seen how they make there food and what it is exactly and wouldnt recommend anyone eat that Crap! anonymous::: 2-$1.49 nuggets, whopper meal( no upsize) chocolate pie, Apple pie. $18.06???!!!!

I thought that the McDonalds in Madras was bad. The customer service is horrible, especially in the drive through. While trying to order, the lady kept saying, "is that it?" in a very impatient tone. They mess up your order too. Everytime I go, they are out of something. One time they were out of cheese, lettuce, mayo, bacon, and French fries. I have avoided his place for a long time now and will continue to. This place is the worst burger joint in Madras.

Poor service. Manager took our order failed to notify that the credit card machine was out until after we ordered. Failed to notify that the kids area was closed due to no AC. I had 3 anxious kids that wanted to play because it was raining and the near by park was not an option. A heart felt apology goes a long way in my opinion. I got very little. Managers should be taught customer service skills before becoming a manager. Its not just a title.

Burger king in Pleasanton bad customer service the so called MANAGER. " Casey " told myself "man this sucks i just want to go home directly to me" then didnt want to take my order he said whats up! U going to order? what is that if he dont like his job he needs to go.. Then he said to another employee can u just take this ladys order cuz i didnt kno what i wanted yet... i would never go there again or take anyone i kno over there..

My whopper never has cheese because they never ask if you want cheese and its the only place where you have to ASK for cheese on something or you dont get it. And this location is ALWAYS out of something. I always have to change my order because it never fails.... theyll be out of something. And the staff is less than friendly. A smile goes a long way. Bottom line.... find somewhere else to eat.

Just stopped to order a cheeseburger, and they tell me they ran out of meat. Really...... SMH .... Your a multi million dollar chain, how can you run out of meat. I think it is close to closing time and the employees dont want to work. Ridiculous. I bet if I went to McDonalds or Whataburger, they would have meat. I like BK but this BK in pleasanton is not worth a crap.

Food was great, but the Mgr. around 1.P.M. is really rude to the employees. Almost felt the need to tell the employees to work with me at whataburger. Get treated like family.

Food was acceptable, but the wait was nearly 20 minutes for two burgers. I felt for those trapped in the drive thru.
