MINERAL WELLS ONE ...Came in to get a order that was messed up and the manager wasnt there that said she would write down what they left out and of course a diffrent manager was there and had it written down wrong totally not even same thing i ordered and paid for so instead of calling of even looking at a receipt that would let her know couldnt be right cocked a attitude cause when i walked in her and a helper was siting on the greasy floor eating so i guess they didnt want to stop eating but she was the manager so she had to .so she said do you least want what the otber one wrote down im like i got a recipt if you would see u would kbow that cant be right.but shes like u want what she wrote im like in my head yeah i dont just want to get nothing for my money even tho it was only about a quarter of what i payed for that was owed to me so i watch the manager throw meat from the side with hand straight off the floor ughh didnt say nothing could tell she dont want a job just the money or just not a people person so she hands the box to her helper that was sitting on the floor with her and as she is putting the sides in the bix shes eating a bisquit dipping it in gravy droping crumbs all in the box of other peoples food not to forget they both hhave been standing there the whole time and not just eating over others food she had hands straight off the greasy floor also.SO YES THE FOOD WENT TO MY DOG AS DINNER INSTEAD I GAVE FREE MONEY TO THEM THEY MUST NEED IT MORE ..SO I ASKED FOR THERE NAMES I FORGOT THE MANAGERS NAME BUT SHECWAS SHORT WITH DARK HAIR ..THE ONE THAT HADCA HOLE IN HER CHIN EATING OVER THE FOOD I ONLY REMEMBER HER LAST NAME SHEVWAS A SHORT KINDA BLONDISH BIGGER WOMAN PAPPAS WAS HER LAST NAME ..WATCH FOR THAT AND IF I EVER GO BACK ILL TRY GET THE OTHER GALS NAME SO PEOPLE WILL KNOW TO LOOK AT THERE HANDS AND EATING WITH YOURS ...NEVER HAVE HAD A PROBLEM EVER WHEN THE BLOND LADY THAT WORKED THERE FOR EVER IS THERE IS ALWAYS A GOOD WOMAM AND DONT CUT CORNERS AND MAKES SURE YOUR STUFF IS RIGHT..richard and susie yall usually have people that care about clean and ccustomers..but this manager seems to not want to be there. And it seemed like the pappas girl acted like she was the owner or something like it didnt matter how nasty it was....very disapointed and if anyone wants to make sure that manager not there when u order it would be the manager that was tgete at 3is on January 11 222017...JUST NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL ALL TOGETHER...I WILL TRY GOLDEN CHICK AWHILE UNTILL STANDERDS APPROVE AND THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY ..

Very unpleasant. Went into the place on walnut creek and 287 was told it would be 10 minutes for the catfish that I ordered and was told to pull up and they would bring it to me. That was at 12:09. At 12:34 I finally walked back into this place to see fish under heat lamp and nobody making my order. I needed to get back to work( late of corse) so I decided to call the manager who then asked if I had receipt and what time was on there when I said yes and told him , he told me he had a hard time believing it took that long or there would be something wrong with the fish 2 nd time it happened in 3 weeks. So I basically called just to be told I was a liar. I wont be going back to the Mansfield location again. I can spend my money at laces that dont have that type of management

My husband and I went to the chicken express in mineral wells tx. We were the only one in the restaurant I had to clean my own table. Every table was dirty. There was the manager leaning on the back counter and employees playing on their phones . Im not joking 4 were on the phone and 2 playing around and cursing about not cheating on his girlfriend the whole place needs better employees including managers. Gross dirty place. The okra was burned and the chicken under cooked . When managers lean on counters with everything in there is dirty shows how she runs her crew I think they run her.July 20th 2016.

I dont understand how people keep saying wonderful customer service. The slightly heavyset young man who works the front NEVER greets us. Goes straight to "here or to go" and so on. Doesnt smile, doesnt thank us for the business. I wont talk bad of the food. Its always delicious. They just seriously need to hold a meeting about customer service.

The biscuits were cold and tasteless - I could barely chew one bite. The rest of the #2 combo meal was mediocre but edible. The employees acted angry, miserable, or both. This was my second least favorite Chicken Express experience ever (the visit involving someone elses hair takes home first prize - but thats a totally different location).

We ordered unsweet yea and the tea said it was unsweet, to my moms surprise being diabetic was shocked. Im from stephenville and I use to live here in MW. That being said, whoever is running this place now, you can see the negative performance in the staff, and the cleanliness of the store. Very disappointed in Chicken Express..

The server was nice when she finaly took my order but the food came out bad. Tenders were good, biscuits were hard unable to eat we didnt recieve our extra family order of biscuits. The fries were cold and untasty my kids wouldnt eat them. In all my family wont be going back

Went through the Drive-Thru and the staff was so rude. Complained to their main office thru email and they apologized. Went back again and the staff was better but the food was cold and taste bad. Ordered three piece combo and paid 7 bucks almost 8. Not worth the money.
