I have been a resident of Kingwood for almost 15 years now. My largest complaint with Kingwood has been their lack of really good restaurants. Yes, we are blessed with Mexican and Asian style restaurants, but anything else, well I cant say that we had anything I would suggest that you should try. This place is flat out amazing. I have went there a couple of times. They have a fantastic happy hour that has good drink specials and half place small plates that are utterly amazing. They have a wonderful calamari, a crab napoleon, and a very red pepper hummus to name just a few dishes. Their remaining menu is quite good. They have a truffle mac and cheese that will rival anything within the 610 loop, The Union burger is one of the better burgers I have tried recently. The decor is nice. You can feel like you are having a good dining experience. The staff are pleasant and do a good job in making a great dining experience.

The food was really good. They have a lot of lunch special options. They had a full staff around noon and it was pretty busy, but it was the best lunch Ive had in awhile. The hostess Priscilla was nothing but amazing. She was very friendly and greeted us even as she was helping other customers to their tables. She sat us at the perfect table, away from the bar but where I could still check out the score of the game. If I could tip the hostess I would. Ciera was our server...she was extremely friendly and seemed to come by at just the right time. Our drinks were never empty. Great spot to go for a lunch break. Definitely coming back for the food and the excellent service from when you walk in to when you walk out. 5 stars easily.

This restaurant is a rare find in northeast area in Humble. This is more trendy compare to traditional steak and potato restaurant typically found in Texas. The selection is very focus include lots of seafood choices as well. Cioppino is very nice but only available in the summer. The ribs are tender and flavorful. Be sure to check Groupon for deal on the restaurant as they have promotion on 3 course dinner for a really good price. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the server sees you use Groupon and kind of get rude after. But I always pay tip on full price so they should give customers more smiles instead for return business. Hopefully the owner sees this and improve their services.

I cant say enough about this gem in Kingwood! The location is incredibly convenient for anyone in the New Caney, Kingwood, Humble area, service is great and the food is always cooked to perfection. We come here for brunch with the family or romantic date nights. Servers are attentive without being intrusive, the prices cant be beat either! Wide variety of options for several budgets, but they treat everyone with quality service. Happy hour top notch. Suggest Mattie, she knows our order when we walk in the door after just two visits and shes delightful. Just celebrated our Anniversary there and it was the best steak Ive honestly ever had!

Went for Houston Restaurant Week. Very disappointed all around. The service was terrible although I could see our waiter was trying hard. Took forever to get drinks after several requests, the main course was average at best, and the dessert was really terrible. The mushrooms appetizer was the star of the meal. Willing to try the brunch as there are very few choices for any kind of breakfast around here but definitely wont spend $$$$ on dinner there again. Really wish we had more decent restaurants here but 99 opens up The Woodlands to us, thank goodness.

My husband and I ate here for the first time last night. It was really wonderful. Our waiter, Raines, was very polite, attentive, and helpful, and he made us feel very valued. The calamari with feta and Italian peppers is out of this world! My husband had the rib eye steak and it was also fantastic. And the dessert... whoa. Some sort of chocolate tower thing with cannoli filling... fabulous!! We will definitely be coming back.. I work at The Forest Collection in the same shopping center, and I will be sure to recommend this place to all of my customers!

My wife and I have ate here several times and had great food and service until we ate there on 2/28. I ordered the flat iron steak and it was rancid. Not only could you smell it but I put a bite in my mouth thinking it could have been something with the marinade but no, it was spoiled meat. The bar tender agreed it was spoiled so they only comped us my dinner and one beer. Also, the manager on duty wasnt concerned because no one came to speak to us regarding the experience. I hope the Union Kitchen corrects this issue before someone gets sick!

Best experience at a Kingwood eatery. 5-Star level of service from the moment you walk in. Incredible wine menu as well. Brought the family here to celebrate and everything from the calamari that was tender and flavorful with an amazing medley or roasted peppers. From the sirloin that was beautifully prepared and so tender to the salmon that was tender and flaky. The kids had their sliders and fettuccine and they ate every single bite. Even the basic fries were like epic potato wedges of AWESOMEness! We are definitely coming back!

Normally we love this place, but I feel so sorry for any families celebrating Mothers Day there today. Worst experience ever! 10 minutes after ordering the waiter comes to tell us they are out of the stuffed shrimp, which midway through the manager said no we have three orders left. So we were good until another 30 mins later when they tell us the other thing we ordered was now out. We have now wasted over an hour sitting and waiting! Poor poor planning, they were not prepared for today whatsoever!

Went there for dinner on a Group On. Staff was attentive, polite, and full of wonderful suggestions. Location was close by in my neighborhood. Appetizers were fried avocado and absolutely delicious. Steaks were grilled to perfection and exactly as we ordered them. The birthday dessert was a surprise artfully arranged rich choloate fudge balls, and the bread pudding refreshing with fruit. Creamy goodness. I will definitely be back.

I been here about 3 times and its now my favorite brunch spot. The wait staff is very nice. I had a breakfast bowl and I asked for them to add mushrooms. Well the mushrooms didnt get added which wasnt a big deal but to them it was. I got a free carrot cake. Which it was amazing. They have bottomless mimosas for $10. The restroom is gorgeous. I am very impressed with this place. I will be going here more often.

If you have ever been to the one in northwest Houston definitely skip this place as it will be a complete disappointment. They season their food differently and I am not a fan. Also their menu is different and their food simply not prepared well. Also didnt care for their desserts or the fact that the waitress was MIA so much we had to wait ages to get refills or anything fixed.

I ordered food for my entire staff just yesterday, and we all selected different meals. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US got sick. There has to be something going on in the kitchen, because we ordered six different meals and right after, we all were complaining of stomach pain, restroom trips, etc. I used to really like this place but after this, I will NOT be returning.
